Job description

Bonny Downs Community Association (BDCA) is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of our community centre and sports venues.  The Facilities Manager will drive high standards in customer service, maintenance, and security, and improve our offer to ensure our venues reach their full potential as spaces for our local community to use and enjoy.

Key qualities you will bring include:

  • Customer-focus (friendly, welcoming, well-presented)
  • Organised, problem-solving approach
  • Enthusiasm for community buildings/spaces
  • Passion for community development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practice
