The UK Trauma Council (UKTC) is nationwide platform bringing together expertise in research, practice, policy, and lived experience in the field of childhood trauma. We are seeking a Programme Manager to work closely with UKTC Co-Directors to coordinate and oversee the entire programme of work.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience of leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Details of the role
As the Head of Programmes, you will play a central role in Jangala’s evolution at this important juncture, developing programmes that enable our partners to access critical internet access and connectivity. Your work will ensure that our programmes are accessible, robust, scalable and ultimately impactful. You will manage a small, dedicated and growing team, engage with our deployment partners, and ensure the success of our on-the-ground projects. ICA to meet its organisational objectives - Maintain and develop ICA’s brand in international, national and local markets, ensuring
ICA’s identity is maintained across all communications channels - Oversee the ICA platforms including its website, socials, media and the overall user
experience to ensure that they serve the organisational objectives - Develop and deliver a coherent marketing and communications strategy that promotes
ICA, and enables the institution to meet its income targets - Develop, implement and maintain ICA’s overall digital and social media strategy

Team Management

Strategic Development

- Lead on Access and Participation Plan Engagement, acting as the key contact on this area with the University.

Monitoring and Evaluation
- Develop and oversee a structured approach to gathering, analysing and reporting on data relating to engagement of students with our services and to student views on key issues relating to retention and success
- Develop and oversee processes of collecting quantitative and qualitative data from casework to analyse trends and inform feedback for the SU and university
- Ensure evaluation mechanism are embedded in the teams working practises and that findings are shared and used to implement learnings with the goal of improving services

The Role:
The Partner Engagement Lead is responsible for key account management, and specifically developing and supporting relationships with programme sponsors and partners within the WorldGBC network.
The Partner Engagement Lead will work closely alongside the programme/projects team subject leads, taking responsibility for day to day management of activities that relate to sponsors or stakeholders, including partner relationships, external collaborations and fundraising.
Working cross-functionally within a matrix-style organisation, the Lead will work collaboratively on the engagement pillar of WorldGBC's fundraising team alongside the Partnerships Manager and the Strategic Partnerships Lead. The Partner Engagement Lead will report to the Director of Programmes Strategy.

Account Management: Be primary point of contact for new and existing programmatic sponsors and partners, overseeing engagement with the network and accounting with detailed reporting to ensure up-to-date partnership records. The Role
We are looking for a coordinator to carry out the delivery of our Vocational Qualifications and Funded Modern Apprenticeship Programmes.
The role includes course and funding administration, communication with students and teaching staff, registration with external bodies, and maintenance of student records.
This post requires essential knowledge of IT with a clear understanding of data input and good data management principles, attention to detail and the ability to follow strict timelines in accordance with our funders, as well as adhering to contract requirements. You must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft office packages, be keen to learn various administrative procedures and to use database systems, both internal and external. We also require good communication and organisational skills.
We continuously recruit students for our various programmes throughout the year, so the successful candidate will have a flexible approach and the ability to prioritise. We are a small organisation so the ability to work independently and to self-motivate is essential, as well as being a supportive member of a small admin team.

Training for Care is an educational not-for-profit organisation delivering vocational training and short courses in Social Care and Childcare. We have a long history of providing high quality learner focussed training to all levels of staff in the sector and we work with a variety of organisations, from the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Training for Care is based in Edinburgh and delivers training throughout Scotland.
Hours/Salary
This post is part time, 28 hours per week. We can offer a hybrid approach, however 3 days in the office environment is preferred (EH7 5QY)
Salary: £25,000 Pro Rata (Full-Time Equivalent (FTE))
