In this role you will be:
- Supporting services to work safely, effectively and transparently to achieve their aims of supporting people to improve their mental health.

About you
You may have an interest in research and analysis or have the skills to deliver engaging presentations and learning interventions to internal and external teams.
You will have some familiarity in working with electronic recording systems, and GDPR guidance, as well as excellent communication skills. You will also have a solution focused, creative approach and excellent problem solving skills; thriving on the challenges and variety of working within this diverse role.
As this is a diverse role with a range of responsibilities, we are willing to be flexible for the most suitable candidate. Although ideally, we would like the post holder to work 3.5 days per week, we would accept anything from 2.5 to 3.5 days. In addition, we can be flexible around the days and times worked.

About the role:
The Foundation/Domestic Abuse Prevention Practitioner (FDAP) will play a key role in working directly with individuals using harmful/abusive behaviour within their intimate relationships. The role will include suitability and risk assessments, delivery of interventions, facilitation of group programmes, risk identification, information sharing and preparation of reports for courts and other agencies.
The FDAP Practitioner will be co-located into Priority Crime Teams situated in Newport Police Station to assist with the identification, screening, and engagement of individuals using harmful behaviour in their relationships, working closely with police to provide a timely and streamlined process for earlier identification, referral, and engagement/disruption of high harm perpetrators of domestic abuse.
For this role is it essential you have excellent understanding of domestic abuse, including the impact on victims and their children. Experience of working with individuals experiencing domestic abuse/ and or causing harm. Experience of group work delivery is desirable; however, we will consider applications from candidates who demonstrate an aptitude for the role.
You will need to be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with statutory and voluntary agencies to deliver the best possible outcomes within a multi-agency setting. As well as being tenacious in support of your clients and adept at problem solving.
IT literacy is a must and candidates must evidence both the ability to use bespoke packages and excellence in their recording practice.

The Role
The Philanthropy & Research Manager will work closely with the Head of Philanthropy to deliver on their ambitious strategy. This person will help cultivate a pipeline of ideas and manage a concentrated portfolio of philanthropic partnerships for the long-term. They will contribute to the portfolio by conducting deep, critical research in line with the inthallo’s unique approach and criteria. This will involve applying due diligence by prioritising qualitative factors and building purposeful relationships to deliver mutually beneficial engagement plans. The approach focuses on the identification of organisations with a unique, scalable offering and the potential to deliver transformational societal returns. In addition to this, this person will conduct sector specific or thematic research projects and share them with the wider team to contribute to the learning of the whole organisation.
The Person
We are looking for critical research ability, proven potential to grow, and an intellectually curious mindset. These traits are essential to success in this role, more so, than very specific backgrounds. Previous research experience in an analytical capacity is a definite a plus.
This person will have substantial experience (3-5 years) of working in environments such as philanthropy, either within grant making through family, corporate or independent foundations or possibly within the corporate or investment world where social impact and transformational change is the end goal. We welcome applications from other sectors where the person has had to conduct quantitative and qualitative research and appraise projects.

We support people living with mental health problems to develop a sense of independence, purpose and fulfilment; to develop their social networks and gain the skills they need to return to work or training where this is their goal. We help individuals with mental health problems to find paid employment, or unpaid voluntary work, plus we assist employers and employees to successfully resolve mental health problems in the workplace.
You will support the delivery of our Employment Service which will see you focus on motivating, supporting and providing person-centred advice and guidance to people receiving support to enable them to move into suitable and sustainable work.
As well as a good understanding of people with mental health problems, you have experience of networking/liaising with local employers and the initiative to develop and promote a service. Excellent motivational, presentation and listening skills are essential too, as is a willingness to travel in the local area and occasionally work outside of office hours. Customer focused, well organised and collaborative in approach, you are a great administrator and pride yourself on your word processing skills and ability to keep accurate computer records/use a database. A flexible approach to working to ensure effective service delivery is essential.
This is a full-time role requiring the post holder to work 37.5 hours per week.

Tenancy Services Officer / Housing Officer
Ellesmere Port, Blacon and Merseyside

Our client
Morgan Hunt is currently working with a large Housing Association to recruit a Tenancy Services Officer / Housing Officer for a temporary period of approximately 3 months with the potential for extension. The patch will cover approximately 500 properties in the Cheshire West area (Ellesmere Port, Blacon, and Merseyside) with the expectation of being visible across the patch for at least 50% of the working week.
The role
As a Tenancy Services Officer / Housing Officer you will;
- Identify support needs and deliver person-centred actions, either directly or through partner agencies, along with information, advice and guidance.
- Be visible out in the community and be the first point of contact, getting to know our customers and tailoring service to their needs.
- Take ownership for customer queries through to a successful resolution and ensure lessons learnt are built into future service delivery.
- Use the pre-tenancy assessment process to identify and deliver any additional support, ensuring allocations are sustainable.
- Deliver targeted actions and interventions in partnership with external stakeholders to improve the sustainability of communities.
- Ensure empty properties are re-let in the most efficient and effective way by adopting an innovative and dynamic approach to marketing and allocating.
- Be responsive to incidences of Anti-Social Behaviour using a range of tools and techniques to prevent and tackle issues and adopting a multi-agency approach. To include preparing legal cases and taking them to court and providing support and protection for all parties involved.
- Plan and deliver effective resident engagement events and campaigns, taking time to listen and act on feedback.
- Record the outcomes and impact of engagement, promote to residents and use the results to improve satisfaction levels and make meaningful improvements.
- Promote the principles of safeguarding whilst having a comprehensive understanding of child protection and vulnerable adult issues.
- Complete regular inspections and manage all communal areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are complied with, including keeping areas free from hazards, and implementing the recommendations from Fire Risk Assessments.
- Support the delivery of robust income management recovery service, starting with new rent accounts at tenancy sign up.
The candidate
- Experience in a customer facing role, covering all aspects of generic housing management.
- Experience of working with specialist external support groups and agencies.
- Experience of dealing effectively with a diverse range of customers
- Understanding of welfare benefits and financial inclusion
- Understanding of Welfare Reform and options to mitigate risks for residents.
- Solid working knowledge of safeguarding

The right candidate will have experience working with databases in a fundraising or marketing context, be comfortable wrangling and cleaning data and possess the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. If you have experience with data analysis and visualisation that’s even better!
About the Role
As a Data Officer at Myeloma UK, you will be supporting the charity as we implement a brand-new data strategy. You will ensure our data is handled with the highest care, complying with best practice in data protection, and be involved in projects covering data management, data cleaning, reporting, and analysis.
Some of your varied responsibilities will include:
· Collaborate across the charity assessing our processing and help to manage communication preferences, data assets, including maintaining the Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) log.
· Support us in assessing new and existing data processing to ensure we follow privacy by design principles.
· Enhance data flows from multiple sources to our CRM, providing training and support to colleagues where needed.
· Contribute to the development and execution of a brand-new data strategy, improving our charity’s data maturity through staff training and promoting best practice.
· Create dashboards and visualisations, identify trends, and provide insights to enhance how we work.
