Not only do they provide services on the frontline, but they also continue to build strong partnerships with governments and NGOs to amplify the impact they can make on the wellbeing of the local communities they serve.

As Events Manager, you will lead and manage the magnificent annual The Mother’s Ball, as well as other events such as Mother’s Day and International Women’s Day events and the launch of a series of cultivation and prospecting events. You will play a vital role in a fast-paced team, collaborating with all fundraising functions across the globe and acting as a thought leader to develop new events, unlock high-income revenue streams and bring new supporters to the organisation.

To be a successful Events Manager, you will need:

 

• Experience working in fundraising event functions, developing and delivering significant special events
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Experience leading the management of an event committee
   

Salary: £42,000 - £44,000
Contract: Permanent Full time

Supporting young people who are carers or living with a health condition, this inspirational organisation is dedicated to offering services that strengthen resilience, develop skills and raise aspirations in young people. The Founder is inspiring and this organisation will give you an opportunity to work somewhere dynamic and commercially minded. As Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships, you will be responsible for the overall fundraising of the charity and lead the development of the philanthropy programme to build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of supporters across trusts, major donors and corporates. You will lead one person who will support you with administration and prospect research. This organisation are well-networked so you will be attending events and raising the profile of the charity.

You will need:

• Experience in high-value fundraising, with a strong relationship-focused approach
• Experience of developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies
• A collaborative team player with a hands on approach

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Hybrid - 3 days minimum in the office

We are thrilled to be working with the wonderful London’s Air Ambulance Charity to find a motivated Direct Marketing Officer to join their team.  Through its helicopters and rapid response cars, this dedicated organisation provides trauma care service to London 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

As Direct Marketing Officer you will be joining them at an exciting time as they aim to raise an ambitious £15 million with their Up Against Time Appeal. Working with a broad range of stakeholders and agency partners, you will support the development and management multiple channels to aid the organisation in reaching its target. You will work within an organisation that has a great working culture and that supports it’s staff.

You will need:

• Experience working within direct marketing, ideally in the charity sector
• Experience planning and implementing campaigns and projects
• Excellent MS Excel skills to present complex data
• A strong ability to deliver engaging training sessions and presentations

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Contract: Permanent - Full time
Location: Hybrid working – London/Home

This organisation is part of a global federation working in 130 countries and territories around the world, providing essential support and services to vulnerable children, young people, and families.
