Job description

This is a great opportunity for someone join a globally renowned brand, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. The role sits as part of the Foundation directorate, which is responsible for driving revenue in fundraising and membership for the organisation.  The main responsibilities will be project management of collateral production, administration of promotional activities and finance and campaign tracking. The successful candidate will get to work with a number of teams across Kew, including digital marketing, creative services and events. They will develop their understanding of the charity sector and philanthropic audiences and gain experience in delivering campaigns to a large database of over 100,000 members.

The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew) is a leading plant science institute, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and major visitor attraction. Our mission is to understand and protect plants and fungi for the well-being of people and the future of all life on Earth.

Experience and attributes necessary:

  • A proven track record of managing the delivery of projects
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to organise and prioritise a workload
  • A passion for marketing communications
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office specifically; Word, PowerPoint and Excel
