We seek a full-time Programme Lead for our Foundation Degree in Community Football Coaching and Development, including the BSc Top-up year. Delivered in partnership with the University of South Wales and EFL in the Community, this course blends academic study with real-world delivery experience within the Robins Foundation and wider club programmes. This role also includes coaching a team and coordinating fixtures within our post-16 provision.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver weekly lectures using USW online content and support students with assessments.
• Monitor student progress and provide supportive interventions when needed.
• Develop and manage work placements and coach education sessions.
• Lead student recruitment and build strong relationships with local colleges and schools.
• Create clear progression pathways from BTEC to degree level.

As an Income and Housing Officer you will help to maximise the organisation's rental income collection,n effectively manage rent arrears and deal with other breaches of the occupancy agreement.

What you'll do:
* Take responsibility for maximising rent collection across a defined patch of Look Ahead's portfolio of properties ensuring that rent collection targets are met and tenancies sustained

* Advise operational teams on their support related arrears management activities, including holding local surgeries with tenants and staff, taking direct control of higher level and more complex arrears cases

* Proactively monitor all current and former accounts within the defined patch and make recommendations to the Housing Manager for appropriate former accounts to be written off or referred to Look Ahead's debt collection agency

* Ensure that the rent collection function is carried out both sensitively and in a timely fashion so as to avoid the build up of excessive arrears and record all case details accurately.

* Ensure that all sign ups within the defined patch are done accurately on the correct type of tenancy and at the correct rent and service charge levels.

* Prepare files and documents for legal action and present cases in County Court hearings for possession claims, money judgements

This is a key role within Learning and Work Institute, with responsibility for delivering high quality research, analysis and evaluation across learning, skills and employment.

Day to day duties:

• Design and deliver high quality research, analysis and evaluation, to time and budget. Researchers will work on a wide range of mixed methods research and evaluation projects across the learning, skills and employment sector.

We are seeking an experienced consultant (or consultancy) to develop a practical technical guidance document for brands on responsible disengagement and engagement. This will support responsible business conduct in sourcing decisions and contribute to better human rights outcomes in supply chains.

Purpose of the Consultancy

The consultant will develop a guidance document that helps companies navigate responsible disengagement (including order reduction and exit strategies) and engagement within global sourcing strategies. The document will be practical and accessible to both commercial/buying teams and ethical trade/human rights professionals. It will align with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and ETI’s frameworks on responsible purchasing, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and just transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a benchmarking exercise on existing frameworks and identify remaining gaps.
• Develop a 20–30 page technical guidance for brands, with case studies and examples of good practice.

Women in Prison’s South London Women’s Hubs provide support and advocacy to women at different points of the criminal justice system – whether they are at risk of offending, serving a community sentence, or in custody and leaving prison. The primary purpose of this role is to work with women in custody, including on remand, offering support to prepare for release and connect them with vital community support services prior to and on release from prison.

About The Role
We have a rewarding and varied opportunity for a Community Based Dementia Adviser to join us covering Southwark and Lambeth. The successful candidate will be delivering advice and guidance to people, families and carers affected by dementia. Working as part of the Alzheimer’s Society Lambeth team and the Southwark and Lambeth Memory Service you will support newly diagnosed clients to navigate support and services from the London Borough of Lambeth, who are referred to our service.
 
There is no direct care element to the Community Based Dementia Adviser role, however we work passionately to provide advice, support and guidance to people affected by dementia. This role supports people in their homes where we interact face to face, over the telephone and virtually to give people the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about their future. The Alzheimer’s Society are proud to have a small but passionate and diverse team with a welcoming and supportive culture.

About the Project

Herts Mind Network (HMN) has formed a partnership with Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust (HPFT) to deliver a one-to-one outreach service for people who are in hospitals across Hertfordshire.

About the Role:

• To receive referrals from the staff at Lister Hospital.
• To manage and prioritise all administration tasks associated with the service.
• To build strong relationships with staff at Lister Hospital and Mental Health Teams across Hertfordshire.
• To work in partnership with other agencies.
• To establish a strong presence on the ward, working at the hospital when required.
• Ensure a direct community service is in place which encourages, motivates and builds patients self-esteem and confidence. This will include goal setting and support with social and practical skills development.
• To assist patients to access appropriate services and community resources within the local community, accompanying patients to attend appointments where this aids ongoing recovery.
• To work with key staff within the hospital to ensure that vulnerable person’s cases are monitored and risks evaluated.
• To work with HMN staff in other services in order to make onward referrals to other projects.
• Liaise with appropriate HPFT staff to ensure that individuals are assessed for personal budgets to support with any longer term needs.
• Support individuals to develop sustainable local social networks, both through our HMN Wellbeing Centres and other community services and resources.

Addiction Counsellor Location: Wiltshire Salary: £24,000 per annum plus benefits We are currently recruiting for an Addiction Counsellor to join our Counselling Team, delivering intensive, structured treatment programmes to clients admitted to Clouds House, (based in East Knoyle, Wiltshire, SP3). Here at Forward Trust, Clouds House is one of Forward’s residential substance misuse treatment centres in East Knoyle, Wiltshire. Clouds House delivers a structured interpersonal and 12 Step treatment programme, designed to help those with substance and behavioural addiction maintain abstinence and develop long term sustainable recovery. Over the last 40 years Clouds House has helped over 12,000 clients work towards a life in recovery and helped to create a growing recovery culture through our alumni. Our ambition is to significantly increase recovery capital, whilst offering treatment to as many clients, irrespective of means, as possible. About the role As an Addiction Counsellor, you will work and train towards being able to carry out all aspects of a client’s treatment journey from individual case management sessions to facilitate interpersonal group therapy, psycho-educational workshops, carry out 12 step study groups and everything in between. Key responsibilities Ensure delivery of the programme in line with the Clouds House interpersonal treatment model. Carrying a caseload of clients to ensure effective retention of clients on the programme and delivering successful treatment outcomes whilst encouraging and ensuring good practice case management, including high quality record keeping and safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children by identifying and reporting concerns. Working within our therapeutic programme delivery with clients and ensuring that recognised theoretical frameworks are utilised in the provision of the therapeutic treatment programme e.g. motivational Interviewing, cognitive behavioural approaches, 12 step philosophy, interpersonal group psychotherapy. Completion of comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, management and treatment plans and group therapy with clients and individual counselling and/or case management sessions and attending inter-disciplinary meetings and communicate with other leaders within and outside of the treatment setting. The ideal candidate Ideally you will be in counsellor training and willing to work towards Level 4 or above counselling qualification and knowledge of addiction and its impact and experience of working with, (at times) distressed individuals and experience of listening to their needs and communicating respectfully and clearly, you will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team and experience of thinking creatively with the team to create meaningful outcomes for clients and family members.
