Job description

SOS Children's Villages UK is going through an exciting period of growth and change, and we’re recruiting a Finance Business Partner (Fundraising) to join us and be part of this transformation.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and IT, the post is a key link with the Fundraising team to provide timely financial analysis and reporting. Contributing to and managing the development of business reports, the postholder will enhance SOS Children’s Village UK’s budgeting, reporting, and forecasting processes.

It’s an exciting role for someone who is skilled at supporting the delivery of consistent, robust, and first-class financial information. We're a small but passionate team and to ensure we recruit the best people, we are flexible in terms of working hours and location, and we actively support our staff to grow and develop, based on their interests and passions.

For the right candidate, this is an incredible opportunity to advise and assist management decision making using financial and commercial expertise. Helping SOS Children's Villages UK to achieve optimal performance, whilst assessing any associated risks and benefits.

To apply, please read the attached job specification and send a cover letter to the Director of Finance and IT outlining how you meet the requirements. CVs sent without cover letters will not be considered.

The SOS Children's Villages UK offices are in Cambridge. Applicants must be UK based (able to travel to Cambridge), have the right to work in the UK and be able to produce the relevant valid documentation.

See the attached job specification for further information about our Finance Business Partner - Fundraising role, how to apply, our organisation chart and employee benefits.

Please note that Safer Recruitment procedures are in place as per our Safeguarding Policy.
