A pilot project - the first of its kind - has been running in London for around 18 months. It seeks to create mechanisms and opportunities for families to be heard and influence how healthcare services are delivered and developed.

• Knowledge and understanding of the diverse needs of prisoners and their families, including those from marginalised communities.
