Purpose of the Operations Manager role:
As Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play an integral role in the effective day to day management of key business support services including operations, IT data and premises. · Testing different low-cost digital reach opportunities.

4. Testing to improve results continually
· Email AB testing - Deliver AB testing to inform future email AB tests.
· Plan AB testing for email marketing projects, for the website, and other projects as needed to improve conversion rates.
5. Digital project management
· Testing new digital versions of courses and tools. Project management of website updates.
6. Campaign support
· Leading, innovating and supporting advocacy, communications and fundraising campaigns as needed to increase reach, engagement and conversions.
7. Gathering community feedback
· Continue the plan to access regular community feedback to influence Hub improvements and other digital channel improvements.
8. Supplier collaboration

About the role
The role is to lead the work of Healthwatch Kensington & Chelsea, working with a small skilled staff team and a range of volunteers and other community stakeholders. In developing and maintaining engaging, innovative online courses and resources, you’ll work closely with colleagues in the Education team and subject matter experts. You’ll use your specialist learning or instructional design experience to ensure our online education offer is based on sound pedagogical practice and focuses directly on meeting learner need.
What you’ll do
- Apply the tools, principles and practice of learning design to plan, develop and maintain engaging online courses and resources about Parkinson’s and Parkinsonism for professional audiences
- Work closely with the Education Lead to ensure our education offer is sector-leading, sustainable and aligned to the Charity’s strategic priorities
- Plan, manage and deliver to schedule high-quality online courses and resources, from agreeing learning outcomes to go-live
- In production and maintenance work, collaborate with colleagues including subject matter experts (such as clinicians in the Parkinson’s Excellence Network), technical specialists and other internal colleagues
- Support the development of an effective marketing strategy for the Learning Hub, working closely with Professional Engagement, Marketing and Media team colleagues

About the role
As Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and reporting on impact of the international programmes (TI Defence and Security programme 90%, TI Global Health 10%). You will provide the technical and functional support to the programmes by capturing, analysing and reporting project results as well documenting and sharing project learnings from within the TI and global chapter programmes.

About you
To be successful in the role you will have/will be:
