Pact is a successful national charity that provides life changing and lifesaving care for men, women and young people in custody, those with criminal convictions in the community and their children, family members and carers.
In this newly created role, the Senior Manager (Major Gifts) will provide strong stewardship of existing relationships of mid value and major donors, support and cultivate interest in Pact’s programmes and unrestricted giving and take responsibility for identifying and developing new major gifts from individuals and family trusts. UKCF are the membership organisation for 47 UK community foundations; the only national network of charitable funders with a physical presence in every part of the UK and the UK’s 4th largest funder.
We are currently using a shared legacy system built with Salesforce Classic though will be implementing and supporting 38 individual Salesforce instances from June 2024 for each Community Foundation. Each individual instance will be based on a network agreed Salesforce design, with the ability for foundations to bespoke their system to fit their individual needs if required.
This role of Systems Administrator reports into the Network Digital Transformation Lead and will initially cover our existing legacy system and be an integral part of the implementation, data migration and ongoing development and support of the new system and structure.

Prostate Cancer Research aims to develop and deliver breakthrough medicines and treatments to achieve a world where people are free from the impact of prostate cancer. The charity believes that it is only through research that we can build a future in which no family will have to fear losing a loved one to prostate cancer. In the last four years the charity has expanded the amount of research it funds by four times.
This is a newly created role to increase the impact of the fundraising strategy, lead on its implementation and set the foundations for the future growth in an area of fundraising where the charity believes there is huge potential. It’s also an exciting opportunity to take the results of a current strategic review on individual giving and take the insight and tools gathered to build the individual giving programme and develop a strategy for people, products and campaigns to grow income.
The charity is seeking a professional with a great understanding and track record of success in individual giving and who is keen to explore new audiences and innovative approaches. You will have experience in executing acquisition, retention and growth strategies and of achieving significant income growth through individual donations, in memory and legacy income streams. You will also have strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to maximise new opportunities and help the charity achieves its organisational goals. Dyscover is a small, specialist charity providing long term support and opportunities to adults with aphasia, a complex language disability. We are looking for an experienced Business Manager with a strong Fundraising and Marketing background to join our team.
· Experience raising income from a range of income streams particularly Trusts and Foundations also including skills in managing events, individual donors, legacy, corporate and community fundraising.
· Finance and Project management experience.
· Strategic development skills.
· Health, wellbeing, and disability experience within the sector would be ideal.
· Marketing experience; organisational promotion, digital, social media, website and branding. Health service marketing would be an advantage.
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with good disability awareness.
