Do you wish to be part of a growing and dynamic Fundraising team and support our Farming community? RABI, the leading UK farming charity, are seeking a fundraiser with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in generating income from trusts and foundations.
You must be a great communicator with experience in prospect research, writing funding proposals and developing relationships with trust representatives. This is an exciting time to join RABI as we develop a strategy aimed at raising seven-figure sums in 3-4 years to support the farming community.
As part of a growing and dynamic Fundraising team, your main duties will be to research trust and foundations, create and send applications and steward relationship with current and future charitable trusts. As part of the team, you will also be involved in generating funds across various other income streams.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and identify charitable trusts which may provide future financial support to RABI whilst maximising the potential for giving from trusts with which the Charity already has a relationship.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key trust representatives.
- Prepare, submit and monitor applications to charitable trusts including the maintenance of records of applications, grant receipts and successful/failed submissions. Ensure Trusts are thanked for donations in timely fashion.
- Updating the CRM system to ensure activities, communications, donations and other important details are accurately recorded and maintained.
- Compile statistical and background research to support the development of new and existing relationships with Charitable trusts.
- Monitor trust income for finance purposes, ensuring all donations or grants are coded appropriately, including any restrictions upon the use of the income.
- Creating monthly reports on trust income received.
- Support regular and individual giving, corporate, legacy and other income streams.
- Provide general administrative and wider Fundraising team support.
Person Specification:
Essential
- A minimum of three years’ experience of successful trust fundraising.
- A good understanding of fundraising disciplines.

- A good communicator, whether face to face, by telephone, virtual calls or in writing.

They currently manage just over 900 units (living accommodation). As a landlord they have the responsibility to repair and maintain their properties. In this role as a Senior Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for a small team of administrators and ensure that they deliver a good repairs and maintenance service to their residents. You and the team will be the main point of contact for their residents, and staff, to report problems or repairs related to their properties. You will also deal on a daily basis with their Maintenance Operatives and external contractors and raise and chase the status of orders issued to them to carry out the required work. In addition, you will also provide any administration duties which arise within the Asset Management Team, including reporting, but also ensure that their properties when they become vacant are turned around in the required timescales so they can
be re-let.
The role will involve travelling across their stock portfolio, so you will need to have suitable transportation. This is also a hybrid role, and will be mainly based out of the office, but there will be a need to be in their various offices as and when required.

FareShare Midlands is the region’s largest food redistribution charity, fighting food poverty and hunger by tackling waste. We source good quality food that is surplus to requirements from the food industry. An army of volunteers help redistribute this food to over 500 frontline charities and community groups such as school breakfast clubs, community centres and organisations supporting those who are homeless, unemployed, socially isolated and recovering from addiction. These organisations provide meals and food parcels to over 67,000 vulnerable people every week. We also support people through our Employability programmes, enabling them to learn skills and find rewarding work – some for the first time.
Hunger is a growing issue in the UK and while there is surplus food that is otherwise going to waste, we believe that this food should be used to feed people first.
The Role
This role will work closely with the Volunteer Manager to coordinate and administrate the daily running of our volunteer programme in the Nottingham area. You will be responsible for the timely collection, processing and updating of all volunteer data for the volunteer teams in your area.
You will also ensure that compliance data such as food hygiene certificates, driving licence checks etc. are completed and recorded within expected timeframes.
The role will involve working closely with the operations teams to ensure that volunteer inductions are completed and site rotas are maintained.

Role of the Company Administrator
The Administrator will be responsible for the key administration functions of the Trust; planning, directing, managing, and coordinating all operational functions including the office management, day to day finance records, events support and site maintenance.
1. Overall
1.1 To be part of the inspiring work of the National Paralympic Heritage Trust, supporting the wider team and often being the first line of contact to visitors and partners in person, online and via telephone.
1.2 Manage the provision of office services including the management of day to day finance and payments, staff rotas, stationary orders, supporting events and bookings and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

4.1 The proposed fee is £25,000 a year Pro rata 3 days a week (24 hours).
4.2 In addition to the payment outlined above the Administrator will be paid reasonable agreed expenses incurred subject to the supply of receipts/travel expense claim and a stakeholder pension.

Ensure strict adherence to Contractor code of conduct and agreed SLAs. Lead contract progress meetings to manage performance.
Complaint and Query Lead
Manage all complaints responses related to repairs from inception and act as escalation point for repairs and void teams.

As an Administrator and PA, you will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team and ensure the effective running of the BANG office. We are looking for a committed, well-organised, systems-literate self-starter with core skills in administration and coordination. The ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment, work flexibly, plus experience using Microsoft 365 and excellent MS Office skills are essential.

Main Areas of responsibility
Administration
·PA support to the CEO – diary management, attending meetings, recording and following up on actions within and outside BANG.
·Provide professional, efficient and effective administrative support for projects, ensuring efficient and effective running of the charity office and daily business support
·Coordinating meetings, taking of minutes and following up on actions for CEO
·Co-ordinate some resource and facilities management

Office and Project Support

·Contribute to the creation of relevant documents for the programmes as directed by Senior Leadership Team
·Coordinate and contribute to blog writing, newsletter, reports and content for social media and websites. Responsibility for CEO and org social media.

Your new role
To provide clerical and administrative support to the staff in a busy and expanding office. To work as one of the team of Support Assistants within the Service, in the provision of an effective, efficient and responsive service.
Hours: 37 hours per week within the hours of 6am - 10pm on a shift basis
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out reception duties and act as 'first point of contact' for visitors to the office.
- Sorting, date stamping, scanning all documents received and distributing post and documents received into the office and verifying delivery of documents, parcels and other goods in accordance with office procedures.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the field staff, as required.
- Arrange the collection of all samples on a daily basis that need to go to the labs, preparing for collection and liaising with the couriers.
- Use office equipment, including the postage franking machine, facsimile machine, scanner, photocopier and computer system to carry out the duties of the post.
- Answer all incoming calls and respond to telephone queries from a wide range of sources regarding the current status of imported food cargo and charging procedures, including passing calls on to the relevant staff.
- Under the direction of the Officers, or Technical Officers, carry out documentary checking with regard to consignments of imported food (not of animal origin), and maintain all necessary electronic and paper-based records.
- Input data into internal and external database systems and carry out general internal database maintenance, e.g. modifying tables, queries and reports.
- Maintain and update electronic and paper-based filing and record systems, including the equipment inventory. Assist with the archiving of items, and deal with confidential documents appropriately.
- Under the direction of Official Veterinarians or Officers, record Products of Animal Origin and other imported food consignments on the computerised cargo handling system and port manifesting systems.
- Under the direction of Official Veterinarians or Officers, they undertake the initial documentary check for third country consignments of products of animal origin in accordance with ISO procedures and ensure that documents for charging purposes are sent to the Finance Section on a daily basis.
