The Corporate Partnerships Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the Fundraising and Communications directorate and is responsible for managing, stewarding, renewing, and growing our corporate partners to meet our fundraising income targets. Our partners range from complex programmatic-focused partners to employee engagement-driven partners and reflect a combination of financial support, skills-based support, and volunteering. The role is varied and requires strong time management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship management, and a deep understanding of industry standards, best practices, and trends. You will be required to engage and influence a wide range of partner stakeholders plus collaborate across our Fundraising and Communication Directorate, Delivery Directorate, and Finance teams to meet the needs of our partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the management of our corporate partners, developing and delivering partnership strategies and stewardship plans for each account to deliver against the objectives and meet income targets.
· Work closely with the New Business Senior Manager to ensure the collaborative transition of new partners into account management, liaise with the Volunteering and Events Manager to deliver volunteering opportunities to partners, and the Fundraising Officer to promote challenge events to our partners.
· Support the CEO on the development and management of stewardship for select trustees and senior partner contacts.
· Accurately forecast and manage expenditures for our partners, creating mitigation plans when necessary
· Contribute to the organisation and team’s annual plans, strategies, and budgets.
· Develop, monitor, and maintain systems and processes including Salesforce database, financial accounting, account management plans, contracts, and due diligence.
· Understand and support the vision, mission, and aims of London Youth.

Main duties and responsibilities
Partnership Management
- Responsible for coordinating, managing and supporting RCUK’s collaborative activity with community and corporate partner organisations in the UK.

The role
We are seeking a fundraiser or an experienced account manager who relishes the excitement of exceeding income targets and developing strong relationships. You will identify opportunities to increase the value of your partnership portfolio and work closely with the Corporate Development Team to ensure the transition between new business and account management is seamless for both FareShare and our partners.
You will manage a portfolio of partners: designing and delivering tailored partnership plans and an innovative and personalised suite of partnership activity. You will work with colleagues across fundraising to ensure we maximise the value of our partnerships. We currently have partnerships with a large variety of exciting brands from Tesco to Oliver Bonas, McDonalds to Subway, Kellogg’s to Pink Lady apples and Bloomberg to Burberry – our partners support us in a variety of ways including cause related marketing campaigns, staff and customer fundraising, corporate donations and wider sponsorships and partnerships.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of excellent partnership/relationship management and ideally have experience of delivering a variety of fundraising partnerships including commercial brand licensing. You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable negotiating bespoke deals and benefits packages and will lead renewal plans to secure and grow the support of current partners.
Cross team collaboration is crucial to the role and you will be able to demonstrate strong relationship building and influencing skills.
Main areas of responsibility
1. Deliver first rate account management of corporate partnerships and promotions with existing corporate partners to achieve objectives and build excellent relationships that facilitate future growth.
- Provide a high standard of professional relationship and account management to a portfolio of partners, delivering a mix of partnership types including; Charity of the Year, commercial brand partnerships/campaigns and retail partnerships

We are currently hiring a Service Manager to lead multiple services across Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC). We're hiring a Service Manager to join our Mental Health Stepdown service in Enfield! You will have overall responsibility of your service and team, aiming to deliver a high quality, trauma informed service to your residents. Your role is to ensure full contract and regulatory compliance whilst being a role model/leader for your team to achieve KPI's and other requirements as per the service needs.
The service focuses on care and support rehabilitation for adults with complex mental health needs, providing a total of 24 units of supported accommodation for residents who may also have behaviours that prove challenging to services, including mental health, and medication non-compliance. We support people moving from complex care inpatient rehabilitation service/acute mental health ward and (if appropriate a residential environment), initially into an intensive rehabilitation arrangement that works closely with the mental health rust community rehabilitation team.
Some of our units provide move on supported accommodation from the intensive support service and provides an alternative to existing residential care provisions. The transition allows our residents and participants to further enhance their life skills.
Shift/Working pattern: 37.5 hours a week in service Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, you may also be required to work outside these hours as per the service requirements and needs. You will also take part in our on call service.

Having day to day responsibility for the PCS payroll function, you will efficiently manage the process of PCS employees’ salaries, whilst ensuring the employer is fully compliant with payroll employment law, adhering to HMRC and National Insurance contribution procedures. The post holder will manage all aspects of employee benefits policies, procedures and reporting requirements as well as having a proven track record of producing and submitting end of year returns/procedures electronically.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll policies and legislation, employment law and pensions
- Balance payroll accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy
- Efficient management of payroll software systems, office systems, procedures and databases
- Management of, and implementation of changes to Payroll
- People management including induction, work allocation, appraisal and conduct.
- Experience of project management
- Impact and use of digital and IT applications in Finance, including Excel
- Evidence of ongoing training and continuing professional development
The main duties of the role will be to:
- Manage all aspects of the payroll process by ensuring an accurate and timely processing of staff salaries and deductions
- Produce and submit end of year returns/procedures by electronic submission
- Manage all aspects of employee benefits policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
- Ensure HMRC and National Insurance contribution Procedures are adhered to at all times
- Ensure PCS policies are compliant with Payroll Employment law on procedures such as SSP, SMP, and Lawful deduction
- Management of one monthly staff payroll, ensuring payslips are correctly produced.
- Manage projects and produce reports within stipulated timeframes, as assigned by senior Finance management
