Job description

Here at Eden Brown I am delighted to be supporting a world recognised grassroots human rights organisation in their search for an experienced Legacy specialist. This charity campaigns for justice, protecting people's human rights by defending their right to freedom and creating a safe, more just world. We are looking for a Legacy Marketing Specialist to join the organisation's highly successful fundraising function, on a 12 month contract.

As Legacy Marketing Specialist you will be tasked with managing the development and delivery of the charity's legacy marketing and stewardship programme to recruit and retain legacy pledgers and ultimately grow legacy income. You will lead on developing and refining a legacy marketing growth strategy that fits with the broader fundraising strategy. There will also be the scope to take the lead on the delivery of legacy marketing projects and communications.

To be considered for this role you must possess a sound knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of legacy fundraising, relationship stewardship and direct marketing. You should have demonstrable experience of developing and managing successful legacy marketing campaigns and projects to deadline and within budget. Creative, strategic and organised, you should be able to manage a diverse and busy work load with ease and be hugely passionate about the cause of this organisation.

This is a brand new role to the organisation, making it a super exciting opportunity to have a huge impact in a short period of time. The recruitment into this post is on going, and interviews are schedule for week commencing 4th November so early application is advisable. To register your interest, or find out more, contact Charlie or Vicky on 0161 2331600 ([email protected] / [email protected]).
