We would love to hear from creative digital marketing candidates who can manage and support delivery of digital marketing activities for NYAS including and awareness raising campaigns to promote our services and projects to our many stakeholders across England and Wales.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications and the wider team, this role's aim will be to significantly increase audience engagement and awareness of the work of NYAS.

This will involve successfully managing Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter accounts in addition to creating daily content, posts and stories tailored to various digital platforms, creating eye-catching visuals and videos, monitoring narratives and targeting specific audiences.

The person:

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience of working in a similar Digital Marketing role and will be looking for the next step in their career. You will have worked in some depth, extensively with Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram and digital communications platforms. You ideally will have worked in small teams where everyone works collaboratively and each is able to take ownership of specialist areas of work. Your experience could have been gained from any sector but not for profit or campaign exposure would be advantageous. You will be a compelling storyteller, passionate about music, people and social impact with a solutions-driven and pro-active approach to getting things done. Creative and technology savvy, you will be competent in delivering digital marketing strategies, analytics, managing paid for advertising and promotions, managing projects from beginning to end with the ability to source, edit and create images and video for increased reach and engagement. The overall aim is to increase considerably the audience engagement throughout the UK, so a proven track record in growing numbers of followers and meaningful engagements will be important.

A relevant professional qualification such as CIM Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing would be very advantageous but not essential, as will video editing, Google Ad words management and knowledge of SEO /SEM.
