Job description

Gresham College is an educational charity which provides a programme of free public lectures, with approximately 130 events scheduled each year in London.

At this exciting time of expansion for the College, we are seeking to appoint a new Digital Marketing Manager to help us reach new and diverse audiences both for our new events and for our online back catalogue. We are looking for a marketing specialist who is interested in our free academic lectures, which have been given in London since the College’s foundation in 1597, and in the challenge of promoting our broad range of lectures to Londoners from every walk of life – and in looking beyond London. You must have experience in digital marketing and preferably a degree or relevant qualification, be versed in best practice, and brilliant at analytics, with a flexible, data-driven approach to your work. You will also be interested in events and will act as front of house as part of a shared schedule (we have a good time off in lieu policy and generous holiday allowance).

You will be a key part of a small team (c. 10 people), so we are looking for someone who is a real team player, is pro-active, and flexible in approach, getting involved in many different aspects of running the College.

The closing date for applications is Monday 16 March 2020 at 0900

Interviews will be held on Friday 3 April 2020
