In this newly created role, you will be supported by the Senior Manager, as well as working alongside two other Marketing Managers to develop, deliver and evaluate multi-channel brand campaigns ensuring objectives and integration opportunities are maximised. You will work closely with the healthcare teams to identify marketing opportunities and needs that help them achieve the Sue Ryder vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with in-house and external designers to deliver marketing activities and campaigns,
· Work with the support of the Senior Marketing Manager for Brand & Healthcare - and other Marketing and Communications colleagues where appropriate - to plan, develop and deliver brand engagement campaigns, and B2B (commissioners/referring or partner healthcare professionals) and B2C (service users or current and prospective healthcare colleagues) marketing plans for Sue Ryder’s end of life and bereavement services and healthcare staff recruitment and retention.
· Lead on the account management of our Brand Tracking tool and reporting against our brand measures to the wider organisation.
· Support the planning and management of the integrated multidisciplinary working group for brand campaigns, which includes colleagues from PR, Digital, Influencing, Internal Comms, Fundraising, Supporter Care, Retail and Volunteering to mobilise and motivate all corners of the organisation to maximise campaign moments. Lead cross- team project working groups or work closely with the Senior Planning Communications Manager as part of a wider working group as appropriate.
· Build strong, internal relationships with stakeholders across Sue Ryder to ensure brand and marketing activity is considered well in advance, as part of an integrated communications plan.
· Adhere to the brand and marketing team’s processes, reporting and sign off structures and timelines.
· Act as a brand motivator and guardian, ensuring effective messaging and activities are integrated across all communications.
Person Specification:
· Knowledge and understanding of principles and best practice in brand strategy and management, integrated marketing communications, design and copywriting.
· Planning, delivering and evaluating multi-channel Brand, B2B or B2C marketing campaigns and projects on time and on budget.
· Excellent copy writing and copy-editing skills.
· Managing and motivating agencies to drive maximum value for campaign delivery and results.
· Working closely with internal colleagues within other marketing and communications disciplines such as PR and digital to ensure integrated working.
· Working with creatives and designers to produce engaging and impactful marketing materials.
· A good grasp of brand performance reporting tools and the ability to interpret and report on data effectively.
· Keen attention to detail, a creative approach and strong presentation skills

THE ROLE
This Marketing and Communications Executive role is pivotal in inspiring our supporters to further engage with our cause. The role will also involve monitoring and evaluating the results of communications, identifying where insight and learning offers improvement. This role is 30 hours per week. Pro rata salary band will equate to £16,640 - £17, 472 per annum.
This is a Hybrid working role, where you’ll work part of your time at home and part of the time from our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Our Hybrid Working Policy is flexible, and the frequency of time spent in your contracted office will vary across teams and job roles.

Job Purpose and Background
CDP is looking for a full-time Senior Marketing Manager, with strong digital marketing expertise, to work as part of an ambitious global marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark in a dynamic, business-facing organization, working to achieve CDP’s mission.
The successful candidate will play a lead role within our global strategic communications and marketing team, providing strategic marketing and digital expertise. The role will report to and work closely with the Director of Brand, supporting the development and delivery of the Global Marketing and Communications plans and campaigns in line with CDP’s strategic goals. You will liaise with internal stakeholders, translating their needs and helping them deliver against business objectives through high quality marketing support, primarily via digital channels. Key responsibilities include:

Including, in-campaign reporting and optimizing tactics, setting up tracking, improving reporting systems, agreeing attribution metrics.
- Build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders both inside and outside the organization to raise awareness and understanding of strategic marketing best practice and leverage full value from key external partners.
Required skills and experience:
- Substantial experience in digital communications and marketing.
- Strong experience and proven success of developing, implementing and evaluating highly successful cross-channel digital marketing strategies in a B2B environment working closely with sales and business development teams.
- Extensive experience in promoting content on a wide range of digital and traditional platforms;
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and methodologies.
- Experience working with/ utilizing brand guidelines and coordinating to ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Strong analytical and technical skills for tracking set-up, evaluating, reporting and actioning insights.
- User proficiency, or willingness to rapidly develop such, with:

The Marketing and Communications Manager will have the freedom to develop the organisation’s strategy to enhance our reach, support income generation and hone our messaging to inspire new and long term support for our vision to see wild orangutans thriving in resilient rainforest landscapes.
A key part of the Fundraising & Communications team, this role reports to, and will work closely with, the Development Director and fundraising colleagues to amplify campaigns and activity. Key to the success of this role will be the ability to build strong relationships with our Sumatran-based Story Teller, our Programmes team and our partners to keep abreast of impact on the ground and tell these stories.
The ideal candidate is creative, organised, able to work under their own direction while also strong in a team. An excellent writer and communicator with people at all levels and across multiple channels and platforms – confident and keen to create content as well as able to keep sight of the big picture and make recommendations for strategy and direction. Southmead Hospital Charity is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing and Communications Lead to increase the visibility of our charity, expand our audiences and strengthen engagement across our digital platforms.
In this varied and busy position, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a communications and engagement strategy for Southmead Hospital Charity, overseeing and managing supporter communications, making our key messages compelling and our content engaging.
Reporting to the Charity’s Head of Fundraising and Communications, you will support the Fundraising team to deliver outstanding print and digital donor communication to maximise fundraising income, leading marketing campaigns planning for key areas of work including legacies and appeals.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of communications using the existing channels and develop new and innovative ways of engaging and communicating with Charity supporters, both digitally and in print. You will have an in-depth knowledge on how to plan, build, deliver and measure digital communications activity (internal and external) with a creative flair that brings content to life.
An excellent team player with a flexible approach, you’ll need to work seamlessly with colleagues in NBT’s Central Communications team to oversee the provision of accurate and relevant information about the Charity to supporters, ensuring the Charity’s messaging complements and enhances that of the Trust.
Working as part of an ambitious and dynamic team, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference to patient care locally. Ideally you will have experience of working in fundraising communications, preferably with knowledge of internal communications or have a thorough understanding of employee engagement.

Assist colleagues to ensure they have good understanding of ACF’s marketing and brand and all communications meet organisational needs.
Regular website maintenance, including adding, editing and archiving website content (eg blogs, news, briefings, infographics, photos, videos, adverts and guides) in line with house style guides, updating phrasing in line with key messaging, and supporting the head of marketing and communications with ongoing improvements to accessibility, layout and performance of the ACF website.
Support the effective operation of all ACF communications channels to maximise audience reach and brand awareness, as well as ensuring organisational objectives are met. This includes:
- Leading on the content, delivery and evaluation of our email communications
- Support the management of ACF’s presence on social media by drafting, posting and analysing content
- Manage the production of analytics reports to evaluate the efficacy of these channels and contribute to ways to develop and improve them.
Support the head of marketing and communications by monitoring ACF resources, publications and information to ensure they are up to date, accessible, on brand and in high quality format for all ACF website and social media users.
Assist with maintaining a comms planner. Support colleagues to resolve scheduling jams or gaps to ensure all communications are sent on time and on brand, helping create a culture of forward planning.
Support colleagues with tailored comms and marketing plans for organisational activities and events.
Support the production of reports and publications; liaising with external designers and internal colleagues; proof reading, and coordinating schedules and amendments.
Designing straightforward graphics in Canva for use in email communications and on social media.
Actively contribute to developing the ACF brand by championing the use of house style guides and sharing marketing and comms knowledge to support colleagues.

As Direct Marketing Officer you will be joining them at an exciting time as they aim to raise an ambitious £15 million with their Up Against Time Appeal. Working with a broad range of stakeholders and agency partners, you will support the development and management multiple channels to aid the organisation in reaching its target.
