Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and leading the wider supporter care team, the Individual Giving Manager is responsible for the end to end Individual Giving Programme. You will help maximise supporter recruitment and development opportunities whilst ensuring long-term growth for St Giles Hospice.
To manage the delivery of the Individual Giving Programme which includes recruiting new cash and regular giving supporters from a variety of multi-channel campaigns and initiatives. To deliver the warm campaigns such as cash appeals, regular giving, raffles and lottery.
To manage the stewardship of supporters through the proactive and effective data management, delivering an excellent supporter experience through targeted supporter journeys. To develop, deliver and proactively manage campaign plans, budgets, and reports for senior stakeholders.

About the role
At Young Lives vs Cancer, we know that children, young people and parents with lived experience of childhood cancer are the best people to guide and shape the work that we do. As Voice Manager, you will work with the Head of Voice to deliver our Voice strategy and deliver a high-quality Voice team in order to enable young cancer patients and their families to have a stronger voice, inside and outside the organisation - not just to contribute, but also to challenge, giving the power to them to amplify their voice and make positive change.
Our Voice team is a key part of the Policy, Communications and Voice Directorate, which synthesises our policy, research, campaigning, voice, media & brand, digital and communication work. We would love to hear from you if you have experience of:
• Service user involvement and youth participation
• Communicating with different audiences and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with and influencing colleagues and beneficiaries to support involvement and co-production
• Managing a team / line management experience
• Sound written communication skills, including report writing and writing for digital channels
• Using digital platforms/CRM systems to build and engage networks and communities (desirable)
Young Lives vs Cancer is open to and in support of flexible working. Your flexibility requirements and that of the role will be discussed at interview stage with you.
This role is home-based and can be based anywhere in the UK with occasional visits to Young Lives vs Cancer workplaces.

Who we are looking for:
A Permanent Customer Relations and Sales Officer to work as part of a centralised sales team, which leads all Autism Know How sales, logistic and customer support enquiries.
Managing all aspects of the customer sales journey, this role will lead and deliver an effective, timely and professional customer journey and experience, maximising income potential and repeat business to ensure performance against team sales targets and to enable the society to continue to improve its offering for autistic people.
This role will work closely with colleagues across Autism Know How, Marketing, CRM and Business Development departments, and other relevant NAS teams where required.
This role will also deliver general administration and data processing as required.

About the role
This is an exciting time to join Young Lives vs Cancer as we set up a new Brand Marketing and Communications function including a team of digital experts.
As the Digital Product Officer, you will support the ongoing development and management of the organisation’s website. Help to manage the process for reporting, testing and deploying updates to the functionality. Improve the processes around the creation of content on the website and help manage the back end of the CMS to ensure it is clear and functional.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
• Experience of developing and maintaining a website to deliver excellent user journeys that meets the needs of our audience
• The ability to manage stakeholders to capture requirements, partnering with teams and offering advice and technical expertise to shape our development needs
• An understanding of the back end of the CMS to create content, build forms, use third party plugins and identify bugs
• Experience or understanding of the processes required for developing and updating content on the website. This includes effective management of the site structure and archiving processes for old content.
