Purpose of the Senior Community Fundraising Officer role:
As Senior Community Fundraising Officer, the successful candidate will play an integral role in overseeing all income generation via community fundraising. The purpose of this post is to feed into strategy, providing guidance and direction to ensure that Community Fundraising continues to grow as an area of income and that all Community Fundraisers receive high-quality support and stewardship.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Senior Community Fundraising Officer:

Line-managing, leading and supporting a team of 2 Community Fundraising Officers

Developing and maintaining a strong network of working relationships with individual fundraisers and supporters.

Taking responsibility for income generation from various sources including:
- physical fundraising challenges
- non-physical fundraising events
- educational institutions
- community groups
- celebration fundraising (e.g. birthdays and weddings)

Ensuring oversight of Women’s Aid’s annual flagship fundraising event, the 1.7 Challenge, and any other mass fundraising events.
What we are looking for in our Senior Community Fundraising Officer:

At least 2 years’ experience of working in a professional fundraising role.

Experience of managing a portfolio of fundraising events for community fundraising.

Experience of working within a team and individually to achieve success; meeting or exceeding your financial targets.

Demonstrable experience of initiating cross-team working to achieve financial goals.

Experience of using a CRM database, such as Raiser’s Edge, Access Charity CRM, or Sales Force, to target and segment supporters.

Any experience of developing fundraising strategies for working with educational institutions, community fundraisers and faith groups is also desirable.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Campaign project management:

Plan, manage and deliver innovative and impactful supporter campaigns across a range of channels.

Reporting and analysis:

ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with the Executive Director of Feedback Global, as well as with other members of the senior team and the Executive Director of Feedback EU, the Fundraising Manager will develop and implement a strategy to raise funds for Feedback Global and Feedback EU, with a target of £3m yearly income across both organisations by the end of 2025.
The overwhelming majority of the funds raised will be from trusts and foundations, and so the role will primarily consist of researching potential trusts and working with the different teams to research and write compelling concept notes and applications. As such, the postholder will be expected to proactively keep informed about developments in the food, social justice, and environmental sectors. The postholder will also lead on reporting to these funders and maintain and develop these relationships. The postholder will work to engage institutional supporters, create connections and develop the organisation’s networks with such funders. The postholder will identify new trusts and foundations and build and maintain a robust pipeline of income generation opportunities.
The postholder will also be expected to contribute to other fundraising projects which might include digital fundraising development, direct marketing, and major donor fundraising, in partnership with the communications team and senior leadership team.
This will be a varied role within a fast-paced environment, therefore flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude and a readiness to get stuck into all aspects of the organisation are essential competencies of the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities

The Digital Product team sits within the Mass Engagement Department, which is part of the Fundraising and Communications Directorate. About the Role:
This role is responsible for a portfolio of digital products that enable our communications and fundraising teams to reach current and future supporters. WaterAid is seeking a Digital Product Manager to act as the product owner for our Drupal websites, working with colleagues and external suppliers to deliver our Global Strategy through a range of digital activities such as fundraising, advocacy and mass participation.
You will work with colleagues from across our global organisation to understand user needs and balance organisational priorities, refining these into a roadmap for maintaining and improving our Drupal websites and related digital infrastructure like microsites, SaaS solutions and third-party integrations. A typical working week might include providing technical expertise to colleagues planning a fundraising campaign, meeting with an external agency to optimise supporter experience on the website's donation form or speaking to a colleague in one of our member countries to help them roll out the latest features to their local website.
You'll also:
- Manage relationships with third-party digital partners and brief in new projects or requests.
- Conduct periodic selection, due diligence and onboarding of new suppliers.
- Assist the Digital Product Lead with budget management and financial planning.

Funded by a Development Grant of £600k+ and an expected Delivery Grant of £3m by the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF), St Anne’s Limehouse has embarked on a fundraising Campaign to repair and conserve its heritage asset, make the building accessible to all, and transform it into a community and partnership hub to engage its diverse local communities and partners.
The role of the Events & Digital Fundraising Manager is to manage a few high profile events and launch the campaign via a range of marketing initiatives amongst local communities, community and partner organisations, and national/local Media. This will include creating and managing online fundraising facilities across social media platform, organising events, and developing digital fundraising campaigns with the aim of generating £300k from sponsorships, donations, and ticket sales.
The Campaign Office is currently made up of the Campaign Director, and Financial Controller & Admin Officer. The team works closely with the Campaign Chair (the Rector) and the Campaign Board.

Your purpose
This year Voice 21 are recruiting to a newly formed Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs department to help address these challenges. As Campaigns Manager, you will support the Head of Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs to make oracy education ordinary, co-ordinating and project managing communications campaigns as well as leading content delivery.
