About the role
Are you an experienced corporate fundraiser with an interest in working in the international development sector? Are you creative, strategic, highly organised, a confident and effective communicator and strong team player?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. If you are seeking a dynamic and engaging fundraising role which offers you the chance to play a pivotal role within a small but ambitious organisation, then this could be the job for you.
You will be an exemplary relationship builder and have experience in developing multi-faceted corporate partnerships (ideally with experience and success in employee engagement, corporate sponsorship, and/or operational partnerships).
The role also line manages the Senior Fundraising Officer post, a position that provides administrative and fundraising support across the whole fundraising team. Please note that we are a small team and so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help out team members and to support new business across other restricted income streams.

About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Engagement, the Media Officer is a key member of the organisation’s Engagement department (comprising the Marketing team and Publishing team). The post-holder is responsible for creating relevant and impactful media and content to support the promotion of and engagement with key activities.
This content includes but is not limited to video, animation and podcasts and the Media Officer should be able to recommend and deliver the right solution/s to support the targets and objectives. The Start Fund Programme Officer will work as part of a team to implement the global Start Fund, which is the Start Network's flagship programme disbursing around £20m in awards to network member organisations each year. The global Start Fund provides rapid financing in response to underfunded small to medium scale crises, spikes in chronic humanitarian crises, and in anticipation of impending crises, filling a critical gap in humanitarian financing.

The team of Start Fund Programme Officers work with colleagues across both Save the Children UK (SCUK) and the Start Network.
About the Role
Key for the post-holder is engagement with Start Network member organisations, and effective coordination with the wider Start team, to ensure that the Start Fund continues to enable early, timely and effective humanitarian action.
You will also play a role in identifying and implementing technological solutions to improve Start Fund operational efficiency, and collaborating with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) team to ensure that learning contributes to strengthened programming, and a continually improving funding mechanism (the Start Funds). You will also support other areas of fund management, currently including crisis anticipation and support to national Start Funds (e.g., Start Fund Bangladesh and Start Fund Nepal).
The role includes working with a wide range of stakeholders within SCUK and other agencies within the Start Network and Start Platform.
You will also be responsible for project and team administration, such as processing of disbursements and record keeping of all project documents. You will support reporting, project compliance and escalate complaints and incidents. Furthermore, you will:
- Be responsible for Grant management throughout the Start Fund alert cycle.
- Provide support to the Start Fund Committee representatives and humanitarian personnel world-wide, in the decision-making processes.
- Implement the Start Fund, while identifying ways on which the programme could be improved from an operational perspective.
- Support MEAL colleagues to capture data accurately, analyse learning and emerging patterns to enable effective monitoring, evaluation and learning.
- Contribute to the mainstreaming of anticipation and early action in the Start Funds through information sharing and capacity strengthening initiatives.
- Support members, particularly local and national NGOs in accessing Start Fund through member engagement activities and critical review and support with Start Fund process adaptations.
About You
To be successful you will have experience working within the humanitarian sector and proven experience of project cycle management and financial management. As well as a flexible ‘can do' attitude, you should have the ability to manage an unpredictable workload and use your initiative. Strong data management and analysis skills are essential, as is:
- Experience in organising events and engaging varied stakeholders in complex issues.
- Proven skills in developing log frames, proposals and budgets, and in reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders at different levels.
- Competency in a second language, preferably Spanish, French or Arabic.
- Demonstrable experience of collaboration, including forging and maintain effective new relationships and partnerships, often across organizational boundaries.

End Violence and Racism Against East and Southeast Asian Communities (EVR)
End Violence and Racism Against East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) Communities (known as EVR) is an intergenerational organization whose mission is to prevent and address structural racism and inequality affecting ESEA communities in the UK. This is in the context of rising racism and discrimination towards all minoritised groups, with whom we seek to build allyship and solidarity.
We started out as a grassroots organisation during the Covid pandemic in 2020, in order to respond to the high level of racism experienced by people of ESEA ethnic origin. Following successful fundraising initiatives we are now building a team to enable EVR to deliver effective services and campaigns in line with its strategic goals.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our small but ambitious team and to make a real difference by delivering vital outreach initiatives for our hate crime reporting service, On Your Side.
On Your Side is the UK-wide support and reporting service for East and Southeast Asian communities who experience racism and/or any forms of hate.
Launched in August 2023, the service includes a 24/7 freephone helpline available in East and Southeast Asian languages; a website with reporting forms and resources; and ongoing community-based support delivered by trained casework advocates. We work to ensure that those who experience racism and/or hate have access to the highest levels of culturally competent support while building a better picture of the nature and range of incidents so they can be better prevented.
Funded by the UK Department for Levelling Up Housing and Communities, On Your Side is delivered by a consortium of 9 organisations including national and community-based groups with expertise in hate crime reporting, hate crime prevention, and supporting East and Southeast Asian communities.
We are now recruiting an Outreach Officer to develop and deliver vital initiatives to raise awareness amongst ESEA communities about On Your Side, ultimately leading to a greater use of the service amongst the communities we serve. Reporting to EVR’s Head of Services and working closely with consortium colleagues, particularly the Service Manager based at Protection Approaches, you will develop and deliver a series of outreach initiatives including online and in-person events. You will manage the On Your Side Community Champions (volunteers) programme and develop engaging marketing materials to promote the service across the four nations of the UK. Engaging and working with ESEA and other organisations will be critical to the success of this role.

Social mobility in the UK is still far from a reality: disadvantaged pupils are less likely to attend university/ high level apprenticeships, occupy top jobs and improve their standard of living over their parents than their peers. The divide has become even clearer since Covid-19.
The gap between most advantaged and least advantaged pupils’ employment and higher education destinations remains vast - and this leads to real-life consequences. There is still much more to be done.
As an award-winning, fast-moving charity our mission is to support young people from disadvantaged communities to identify and fulfil their potential. Working in partnership with schools, universities, and employers, we deliver academic and pastoral coaching programmes that improve pupils’ confidence, resilience, and independence, as well as their attainment.
With a recently written three-year strategy, and a new Chief Executive, we’re at anexciting stage of development and have ambitious plans to continue improving our im- pact and reach. This academic year, we are planning on supporting over 2,000 pupils across our three regional teams: London, the South East and the West Midlands.
Role description
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to enhance our work across London, where we have very strong existing school and university partnerships.
You will primarily be responsible for delivering our academic coaching programmes to pupils in both Primary and Secondary Schools across your region, and other regions when required. Typically we run programmes between the months of October-December, and February-June, where regular travel to schools in the region will be required.
As a Programme Officer you will also recruit, train and manage volunteers (typically current undergraduates from universities in your region), deliver in-school and online workshops, and contribute to the overall development of the region.
You will be delivering programmes in schools and with volunteers can be challenging, with every day looking a little different from the last. But it is ultimately extremely rewarding! You will flourish in this role if you enjoy thinking quickly, responding to challenges, and using your own initiative to get great outcomes for young people.
One of our core values at CoachBright is that ‘we believe coaching is transformative’. A coaching approach underpins everything we do from our programmes to the way we work with each other. As a result, every team member undertakes training to become an accredited coach, and becomes part of our Lifecycle coaching team, where we provide direct, 1:1 coaching to current university students and junior employees of our corporate partners. Once accredited you will have the opportunity to coach as part of this programme.
Role Description
The London Programme Officer will be responsible for:
Programme coordination and delivery:

Coordinate and run multiple in-school and online programmes (core and peer to peer) across the region and, when required, in other regions.

Set timelines for programme start and finish dates.

Visit schools to oversee programme quality and communicate with school staff weekly to provide feedback after sessions.

Facilitate in-school or digital workshops for groups of pupils (typically KS3-5).

Plan and organise graduation trips to a local university for pupils on the programme.

Coordinate and allocate coaches to school programmes, communicating with them weekly and when needed arranging transport for them to schools.

Collect data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as pre and post programme questionnaires, attendance records, and pupil and coach feedback.

Contribute to the development of the region by supporting the Head of Region in generating new school leads and securing programmes.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Programme Support Officer (full-time, fixed-term contract for 18 months, with possibility to extend) will join the expanding Sector Improvement Team. They will provide vital logistical, financial and administrative support and coordination required to successfully run and deliver the University Mental Health Charter Programme and Award, achieve the Sector Improvement Team’s key objectives, and contribute to the whole charity’s mission and goals. This is an exciting opportunity to help the team scale the University Mental Health Charter, with the potential to impact 2.5 million staff and students across the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistical support
- Provide effective logistical and administrative support to the Sector Improvement Programme(s), working closely with the Sector Improvement Lead and Programme Managers to ensure the successful delivery of the programmes
- Support the the planning and delivery of key Sector Improvement Programme activities including online and in-person events, handling the administrative and logistical tasks e.g. venue booking and travel arrangements

Financial support

- Administer finances for our Sector Improvement programmes; issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely payments
- Work with finance colleagues to ensure correct processes and procedures are followed accurately and compliant with finance requirements, and identify areas for process improvement
- Act as a cardholder for the team, making online purchases such as accommodation and travel bookings and following policies, procedures and guidance in the correct and responsible use of the Student Minds card
Data and process administration
- Administer data processes for the University Mental Health Charter Programme and Award process, in line with Data Protection Guidelines
- Collate and analyse evaluation data from Sector Improvement events (online and in person), generating timely reports and make recommendations for programme improvement
- Create essential documents requested by the Sector Improvement Programme team to support programme delivery and scalability
- Provide support to the Sector Improvement Team and Award Managers to enable efficient Award Assessment accreditation processes
- Maintain key working relationships with our network of Assessors and University Award Leads, addressing queries, scheduling and minuting award panels, sharing actions with the team
Working together
- Work closely with the Programme Liaison Officer to successfully deliver all aspects of the role, including managing university relationships, ensuring tasks are picked between roles and when required
- Attend programme-related meetings, and maintain communications with programme participants and key stakeholders through maintaining and use of up-to-date database(s)
- Actively participate in the testing and embedding of new digital systems to improve programme efficiency and engagement

The Grants Officer will create a positive impact on Muslim communities living in the UK by supporting the distribution of grant funding delivery. At Prostate Cancer UK we are looking for an experienced, dynamic and innovative patient information professional to join our Health Information team. We produce award-winning health information that ensures people with or who are worried about prostate cancer have access to clear, evidence-based, high-quality and impartial resources that can support them throughout their prostate cancer journey.
The team puts the needs of our service users at the heart of its work and it’s more important than ever that we can understand and respond flexibly. We’re also striving for even greater inclusivity and accessibility so that our service meets the needs of the diverse populations we serve.
The charity currently carries the Patient Information Forum’s (PIF) Tick, which commits us to producing all our health information to its standards of quality. We rely on insight from men with lived experience of prostate cancer and healthcare professional expertise to produce high quality information. We also work closely with our clinical nurse specialists and clinical data teams to ensure our information is based on the latest evidence and clinical practices.
As a Health Information officer, you’ll develop new and review existing health information that empowers men to make informed choices about the healthcare they receive. You’ll be part of a team that supports men on every step of the prostate cancer journey; from raising the awareness of men at high risk, to guiding them through the diagnostic pathway and helping them decide on treatment options that are right for them.
You’ll be critical to maintaining the smooth running of production processes across print and digital formats to a dedicated three-year cycle. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing evaluation of our health information resources and service, making sure they’re efficiently and effectively meeting the needs of those affected by prostate cancer.

You’ll know how to critically appraise and communicate complex information to lay audiences in writing and be very familiar with writing digital health information. Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our London office. However, our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.

They are at a key growth point in their journey and are seeking a new Chief Partnerships Officer to accelerate their growth and impact across the globe. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will use your passion for enabling impact locally and across the globe to be the leading voice and relationship-builder with new and existing funder partners. You will get to work with organisations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Comic Relief, UBS Optimus Foundation and many other leading UK, US and international funders. You will also utilise your existing network to identify and win new business and strategic partnerships, by finding leads, nurturing relationships and closing contracts.
As Lightful expands their reach and impact, you will have ultimate responsibility to identify, develop and steward strategic relationships with a wide array of philanthropic funders, which will enable small charities and non-profits to become more resilient through digital skills, tools and training. Lightful’s approach is to build strong, long-lasting and impactful partnerships, which can be bilaterally or in cohorts of collaborative funding partners within specific geographies or around impact cause/theme areas. There is no limit to how partnerships can flourish at Lightful.
You will inspire the Partnerships team, be a collaborative member of Lightful’s senior leadership team and work closely with a highly passionate and engaged board of directors and colleagues across the Programme, Impact, Engineering, Design, Finance and People teams.
The successful candidate will have a varied set of skills and experiences, with strong commercial acumen and a deep knowledge of the philanthropic sector and a proven track record of developing plans and executing those plans to reach large revenue targets, ideally from an existing network within the sector.
