About this role
As a Team Lead, your responsibilities would include:
• Leading a small team of Carer Support Advisers across Haringey and Waltham Forest
• Providing day-to-day support, motivation and management to ensure high-quality delivery
• Managing a caseload of more complex carer cases, delivering direct support and statutory assessments
• Supporting quality assurance, performance monitoring, and safeguarding responsibilities
• Working in partnership with local organisations to raise awareness of carers and improve services
• Supporting the Service Manager with planning, reporting and contributing to service development
About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Experience of leading or supervising a team, ideally in health, social care or voluntary sector settings
• Strong understanding of carers’ needs, and confidence delivering assessments and personalised support
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with carers, colleagues and partners
• Confidence using digital tools including case management systems and Microsoft Office
• A passion for working in a values-led organisation and making a difference in people’s lives

We have recently introduced a new CRM system for the animal journey and now want to introduce changes that will improve how our teams work together better across animal care and how we can make best use of the tools and system we now have.
This leadership role will play a critical part in leading the strategic change programme for animal care, by planning, co-ordinating and monitoring all the change projects as one overall plan needed to drive the continued transformation of our animal care and teams. They will also oversee the regular planning and monitoring of Operational business plans to ensure they are on track and in synchrony with the change plans.

Through our work with 1,600 trusted local community organisations, StreetGames addresses some of the most pressing issues faced by young people growing up in underserved communities, including poor mental health, food poverty, crime and lack of employment opportunities. We do this by delivering ‘Doorstep Sport’ at the right time, in the right place, in the right style, at the right price and by the right people. Doorstep Sport aims to make sport accessible to everyone regardless of their income and social circumstance.
We are seeking a Network Support Lead (London & South East) to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering Doorstep Sport offers and support for the network of Locally Trusted Organisations based in the region who support young people from low-income communities to be (more) physically active.
The role involves:
- Working closely with the Network Support Team and the London & South East Place Team to implement regional plans, which ensure that projects, offers and support to Locally Trusted Organisations (LTOs) are effective
- Overseeing and directly delivering a range of workshops and courses, creating and maintaining a safe, supportive, interactive and enjoyable learning environment in all delivery
- Delivering support to the workforce within Doorstep Sport beyond the workshop environment through CPD groups, bite-size learning and other opportunities for improving practice
- Co-ordinating the gathering of monitoring and evaluation information for funder reports, in relation to outputs and outcomes of projects delivered across the region/nationally

Raven Housing Trust are partnering exclusively with Robertson Bell in their search for a permanent Financial Controller. Raven is here to make a difference, working as a team to build homes and change lives. Raven is also ambitious: a sector-leader in carbon reduction, with commercial ventures and a focus on the future.
The overall purpose of this Financial Controller role is to prepare the statutory accounts for the Raven Group, alongside maintaining the general ledger, purchasing systems and interfaces to other operational systems, as well as leading the team responsible for managing Raven’s finance transactions, treasury, cash management and fixed assets.
The Role:
- Leading and co-ordinating delivery of the financial statements for the group including leading on the annual external audit
- Managing and developing the Financial Control Team consisting of five direct reports and a wider team of ten in total
- Management of the general ledger, including all financial transactions and fixed asset accounting
- Responsible for the financial control framework and for day to day treasury management
- Oversight of all VAT, corporation tax and the general tax strategy for the group
- Responsible for managing the annual rent setting process
- Reporting into the Assistant Director of Finance you will work with other Managers in the Finance and Procurement Teams to ensure best practice is maintained throughout the finance team.

You’ll be joining a highly committed team known for its collaborative culture, supported by a driven and supportive Line Manager.
Person Specification – Essential:
- Professional qualification (CCAB or equivalent)
- Proven track record of leading financial management in charitable, public sector, or similarly regulated environments, with a strong focus on compliance, transparency, and accountability.
- Good working knowledge of financial control frameworks, accounting and purchasing systems
- Skilled communicator, with the ability to influence and engage with a wide range of audience
- Proven experience leading on developing or implementing accounting and purchasing systems
