Service Manager

40 hours per week

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high quality domestic abuse services to join us as Service Manager.

Our +Choice’s service works with perpetrators of domestic abuse through an evidence-based programme, designed to address abusive behaviour. We are the only service of its kind in North Yorkshire, and you could have a significant operational role in ensuring it’s success.

Our North Yorkshire Child Therapeutic Service, is designed to help children and young people, aged 4-17yrs address issues that arise from experiencing or witnessing domestic abuse, supporting recovery, and building resilience.

To be successful in this role you will be passionate about the aims of the services and have experience of leading and managing teams.  

The successful applicant can be office based in Harrogate, Scarborough, Richmond or York. The services are delivered County wide and will require travel therefore you must have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence. Hybrid working arrangements are on offer, meaning a mix of office and home working will be considered for the successful applicant.

The role is subject to Enhanced DBS and Police Vetting.
