Who we are

Our purpose is to provide, support and promote co-op and community-led housing - so that more people can be involved in helping to meet their own housing needs and aspirations. We are a regulated housing association providing 700 affordable rented homes and 300 leasehold properties in London and the home counties. We are also a managing agent for housing co-ops, working with 40 co-ops to offer landlord and business services that enable co-ops to thrive as indpendent businesses. 

We pride ourselves on being a good employer, valuing our staff and working in an open, fair and collaborative way. We currently employ 40 members of staff across 4 core departments, Senior Management, Finance, Corporate Services and Operations.
