• Launched in 2019, GivePanel is a fully remote company that helps nonprofits turn more of their social audiences into active fundraisers through our simple and easy-to-use software platform. The flexible nature of GivePanel has made it a preferred choice for agencies and digital fundraisers at some of the world’s largest and most ambitious organizations.
  
  Our customers love our platform for its effectiveness and simplicity. GivePanel makes it easy for them to run high ROI digital-first marketing campaigns without costly design work or bespoke fundraising solutions. We’ve already helped raise a little over $1 billion, and through our network of established agency partnerships and our unique approach to integrating with existing online fundraising platforms, we hope to continue growing our impact in the years

You'll work collaboratively in a supportive environment that values thoughtful decision-making and purposeful actions. We aim to create an exceptional business with a meaningful purpose - without sacrificing the well-being of our team. This does not mean that we don’t work incredibly hard to build value for our customers. Here are some ways we put this into practice:

• We focus more on outputs than inputs.

• We aim to work async (no matter where you are in the world) and minimize internal meetings. 

• We work predominantly in 6-week sprints with 2-week cooldowns, holding each other accountable if goals are missed.

• We are a truly remote-first organization with the flexibility to get together in person only when required.
