Who we are

Jobs with Purpose has just one aim - to find great people for great causes. We know it isn't easy and that's why our approach is personal to both potential candidates and the purpose driven employers we work with. We continuously develop our candidate base, connecting with a wide range of networks in order to attract the right talent. We know how important making the right choices are for both employers and potential employees and so we take the time to get to know people, utilising knowlege and expertise from working directly in the sector. 

Our culture and values

Jobs with Purpose brings significant experience and knowledge of actually working in, as well as leading, purpose driven organisations. We combine this with an ethical approach to recruitment, not pushing or selling and not working to stretching targets. For us, our success is measured by feedback from the employers and candidates we work with and is confirmed through attracting repeat business. We work selectively with organisations supporting causes we believe in and we aren't shy about asking both the candidate and employer about how things are going long into the future.

Organisations and people we work with can expect professional and personalised support at each stage, including beyond the introduction. Without additional expense, we can help put together job descriptions, recruitment packs, promotional materials and a lot more. We are looking to build partnerships and not just make the sale. We aren't working to targets or under pressure to hurry anything through. It's more important to try to get things right, first time.

For example, unemployment, discrimination, inclusion, climate change, loneliness and isolation, health inequalities, poverty, substance misuse, care and support, children and young people and organisations supporting the voluntary and community sector. Most are non profits, but we will work with any organisation with a passion to affect positive change. Our clients are committed to living their own values, including fairness when it comes to all aspects of equality, diversity and inclusion.
