About us
Who we are
We were founded in 2024 to take forward the New Organising Conference and support collaborative activities arising from the Conference, including NOC on the Road, where we took two of the most popular sessions to audiences in Birmingham and Nottingham, and the development of workbooks by a group of organisations that met at the Conference. We have a working Board of six, one of whom acts as a part time Coordinator.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
With two trade union organisers on our Board we are highly focused on best practice in employment. Our approach to recruitment exemplifies this:
Questions sent in advance and other adjustments if possible
Tests of competency, so not everything depends on the interview
Every application personally acknowledged
Opportunity to discuss the role before applying
