About us
Who we are
Norwich Pride (Charity Number 1184491) is a celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community for everyone.
Our job is to organise an amazing Pride March and associated events on the last Saturday in July.
The 18th Norwich Pride takes place; Saturday, 25th July 2026
Our key events are free, inclusive, and accessible. We work positively and creatively to challenge prejudice and discrimination towards our community.
Our culture and values
Our Norwich Pride core values help guide us, particularly during tough times or when making difficult decisions. It’s important that everyone involved with running Norwich Pride agrees to uphold these values:

 - - Promotes equality and celebrates diversity
 - - Inspires creativity
 - - Builds confidence
 - - Listens to the community and helps to develop it
 - - Educates and raises awareness of LGBTQIA+ issues
 - - Overcomes intolerance and prejudice of any kind
 - - Changes negative attitudes
 - - Ethical and sustainable
 - - Promotes local talent and businesses
 - - Involves people and organisations running their own events
 - - Encourages enthusiastic volunteers from the community
 - - Treats people with respect at all times and avoids abusive or discriminatory language

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
We work positively and creatively to ensure that everyone feels welcome, and we do not discriminate against anyone because of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation (these are the nine protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010)
