Who we are
We are Positive Action in the Community (PAC), operating primarily in Pendle, Burnley, Rossendale and Hyndburn but with some services Lancashire wide. We operate under three pillars of services; SafeSpace is our Youth homelessness provision providing supported accommodation in Pendle, Rossendale and Hyndburn for young people at risk/who are homeless, and delivery of HAPI (Homelessness Awareness and revention Initerventions) our homeless prevention support across Pendle, Burnley and Rossendale within the community and schools; Be Free is our Domestic Abuse Services for adults and Children, operating in Pendle and Rossendale, providing specialist support in the community and schools including provision of safe accommodation; Evolve is our Community wellbeing and mental health support, operating a variety of services across Lancashire - these include professional counselling in the community and schools, workforce training in the areas of Youth Mental Health First Aid and Suicide Prevention, employment support projects, Peer support groups, and also delivery of early intervention projects such as our youth club provision, detached youth work, holiday activity clubs, and other group work
