Who we are

The Register of Humanitarian and Stabilisation Professionals (RoHSP)™ is the home for all professionals working in (post-) conflict, disaster, and emergency response environments. We provide formal recognition for professionals working in crisis, human security, development, stabilisation, and the wider humanitarian sector — whether it be in international organisations, non-governmental organisations, or other charitable causes operating in complex environments.

We offer three main certifications tailor-made to fit all levels of professionals in the humanitarian sector, from those just entering the sector, up to those with decades of leadership experience:

• Certified Humanitarian and Stabilisation Manager (CHSM)™
• Certified Humanitarian and Stabilisation Practitioner (CHSP)™
• Certified Humanitarian and Stabilisation Associate (CHSA)™
