About us
Who we are
St Luke’s for Clergy Wellbeing aims to help clergy to flourish in their ministry.
We do this by:
- offering clergy and the families one-to-one, confidential and psychological services to address exhaustion and stress.
- delivering innovative evidence-based programmes that improve the mental health and wellbeing of clergy
Clergy wellbeing is key to ministry and mission. St Luke's has supported the wellbeing of clergy for over 130 years with our focus in recent years on improving mental health and psychological wellbeing for clergy.
To help address the challenges of ministry, St Luke’s advocates for regular individual pastoral supervision, or reflective practice within a group, to be standard practice for clergy. St Luke's has been instrumental in helping dioceses to set up and run such groups over many years.
Those who partcipate in our programmes feedback that they have been highly effective at helping them thrive and flouish in their ministry.
