About us
Who we are
Studio Lutalica is a non-profit design studio supporting feminist and queer‑led changemakers to communicate with clarity and care. We combine strategic thinking with accessible, inclusive design to help clients build impact, strengthen communities, and move resources toward a more equitable world.
Our culture and values
- Inclusion, always: we centre intersectional feminism and trans inclusion in our work and ways of working.
- Accessibility by default: we design for real people first, prioritising clarity and usability.
- Care and accountability: we keep commitments, communicate openly, and learn in public.
- Sustainability: we choose lower‑carbon options and optimise for long‑term impact.
- Collaboration: we work alongside partners and communities, not just for them.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
Studio Lutalica is feminist and queer‑led. Lived experience is central to how we hire, collaborate and make decisions. We value professional skills and lived expertise equally, and design our processes to recognise both. We actively welcome women, trans and non‑binary people, disabled people, and Black, Brown, Asian and minority ethnic communities. We offer reasonable adjustments at every stage. Governance and strategy are informed by directors and team members with lived experience across gender, queerness, disability and class. We review pay, policies and projects against equity and accessibility criteria and publish improvements when we fall short.
