Who we are

We are a well established small charity based in Radstock between Bath and Wells. Swan provides Community Transport  across the county for the elderly and those with disabilities who are on low incomes using a team of volunteers and their cars. We also run a monthly Cuppa and Chat session for our most isolated passengers and a weekly food club in our local community.

Our culture and values

We have a small team of part time staff, most of whom are based in our new Radstock office with occasional home working. We recognise that we provide a lifeline for many of our passengers and members, and our staff and volunteers aim to be as welcoming and approachable as possible.
