About us

Who we are

Since its creation in 2001, the Foundation has raised close to £1 million to help support performance opportunities for children regardless of their ability, and to provide bursaries for dedicated and enthusiastic children with potential who come from financially disadvantaged backgrounds.

Our culture and values

The Foundation supports the students of two local schools: the West London School of Dance (WLSD) and London Vocational Ballet School (LVBS) by aiming to enrich the lives of all children who have a passion for dance, and to create a better life for each of them, step by step.

The Foundation’s generous support has helped many young hopefuls progress their ambitions and go on to dance as members of major ballet companies or become professionals in the performing arts.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy

Regardless of gender, age, religion, language, and disability, the Foundation ensures every employee is accepted and valued based on their competence. Workplace equality also creates a more favorable environment for employees by their skills and gives them equal opportunities to improve as a professional.
