Who we are

At Grace Eyre, we provide high-quality support at home and in the community, inspiring and educational activities, help with training, employment and independent travel, and access to good quality housing for people with a learning disability and/or autistic people.

We specialise in creating bespoke, person-centred supported living services. We work in close partnership with commissioners, families and the person in need of support to design a support package that reflects individual goals and preferences.
