Who we are

We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.​

Thurrock and Brentwood Mind has been providing services for Thurrock adults experiencing emotional and mental distress for over 40 years and following identified need, developed services with young people for young people. Whilst we now also operate in Brentwood, we have expanded our services through collaborative working with partners.

We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
