Who we are

We are one of the UK’s leading providers of affordable housing and currently provide over 16,000 homes from the Midlands to West Sussex. Our homes include a very broad range of different types of housing. We touch the lives of approximately 25,000 people. Our organisation recognises the positive impact of volunteering in our communities. The Volunteering Programme works across the organisation to develop meaningful volunteering opportunities that can also support our volunteers to gain new skills and work confidence. This helps us to deliver more and expand our service to our customers and enables volunteers to make a real difference. We support our residents to take social action or work with the wider community to volunteer with us to enhance our services. We also offer volunteering placements at Viridian for all, including non-residents and students.
