Location: You can be based near one of the following office locations - Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Manchester or Newcastle.
We operate a hybrid model of work i.e. a combination of in-person and remote, with flexible days in the office depending on business need and your preferences. We would typically expect in-office attendance an average of one day per week.
Your office is where you will usually attend in-person events, training sessions etc. though some travel, to other offices and other locations, will occasionally be expected. The nature of this job means that regular travel to London will be required for events and meetings.

Purpose of the Role: As a key leader within our Partnerships and Income Development team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable income growth through high-impact, strategic and philanthropic partnerships with trusts, foundations and corporate partners.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Income Development, you will lead the stewardship and growth of existing strategic partnerships, including managing a select portfolio of funders. You will be able to carry out casework related interviews, maintaining detailed case records and offering advice and support to clients so they can make informed decisions as well as deliver group workshops and presentations.

Working location: mostly remote work with some travel required. Job Purpose
To support Habitat for Humanity GB’s (Habitat GB) vision of a decent home for everyone, our National Strategy 2024-2027 identifies two key goals: to (1) ‘develop, pursue and share innovative solutions to increase access to decent, safe, affordable homes for communities across Great Britain’; and to (2) ‘form a diverse coalition that champions the universal right to decent homes and collaborates to implement effective housing solutions for underserved communities worldwide’. The Director of Impact & Influence has responsibilities which contribute to the achievement of both these goals and is accountable for co-leading Goal 2 with the Director of Fundraising & Partnerships. They work collaboratively across the organisation, with Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) and other Habitat global network members, and with a wide range of external partners.
Key responsibilities include the cultivation and stewardship of FOI (Foundations, Organisations & Institutions) partnerships and funding, leading the achievement of ambitious income targets related to donors based in England, Scotland and Wales on behalf of Habitat GB and the Habitat global network. The Impact & Influence Team also serves as the unit responsible for programme quality and effectiveness across the full lifecycle: from design and innovation, through implementation, to evaluation and learning, including high quality proposal development, robust Monitoring and Evaluation (MEAL) frameworks, grant management policy and process across the organisation, and the direct delivery of reporting and compliance requirements to FOI funders.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Organisational Delivery

- Jointly develop and lead a resource mobilisation plan with the Directors of Programme Delivery and F&P, aligned with the Habitat GB Domestic Programme Strategy, with agreed annual income and impact targets.

Programme Quality, Proposal Development & Grant Management

About the Role
As an Undercover Investigator with the Animal Welfare Investigations Project (AWIP), you will work as part of a dedicated and highly skilled investigations team committed to disrupting organised animal cruelty and protecting animals worldwide.
You’ll be tasked with carrying out covert, intelligence-led operations aligned with AWIP’s Strategic Plan — targeting organised, serious, and complex cruelty within industries that use animals for human consumption.
Assignments will vary from short-term deployments to multi-month undercover placements within agricultural or associated sectors. You may also support other high-priority investigations, such as deploying covert surveillance equipment to assist ongoing animal fighting, wildlife crime, or puppy farming cases.

Birmingham and Solihull Women’s aid have for over 45 years supported women and children with services around domestic violence and abuse. Could you be a part of our team as we continue our mission to end domestic violence and abuse?
The region’s leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, BSWA offers a helpline, webchat, drop in and and community support as well as emergency accommodation in six refuges across the area.
Projects supports women in the criminal justice system, in healthcare settings, and throughout the community, offering support to women and children experiencing domestic violence. Alongside this, we also have staff offering training and consultancy to businesses and health and social care professionals alike, raising awareness on gender based violence issues.
We seek like-minded women to join our enthusiastic team of workers, all of us passionate about the vital and valuable work we do to support women and children who have experienced domestic abuse, and tackling the wider issues of violence against women and girls.
Key Responsibilities-To support BSWA’s MASH IDVA project by providing administrative support, carrying out record checks in order to provide relevant information to the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub
Experience Required
Expercienc of providing administrative support in busy office environments
Experience of data inputting and setting up and maintaining office systems
Experience of taking primary responsibility for specific areas of work
Experience of managing telephone enquiries sensitively and professionally
Experience of using Microsoft Office packages or equivalent, in providing administrative support

The Role
We’re seeking an exceptional Clinical Director to join our Executive Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
This is a unique opportunity to lead our nationwide clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of care in line with CQC requirements, and driving excellence across our treatment programmes.
As Clinical Director, you’ll provide both strategic direction and hands-on clinical leadership — guiding multidisciplinary teams that include therapists, psychologists, and lived experience practitioners. You’ll ensure that our services remain innovative, compassionate, and effective for everyone who needs them.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across all clinical services, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Oversee clinical governance and quality assurance, maintaining CQC compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatment and recovery models.

Champion staff development, wellbeing, and reflective practice across all clinical teams.

Foster strong partnerships with commissioners, NHS Gambling Harms Clinics, GPs, and academic partners.

Use data and outcomes to demonstrate clinical impact and inform future strategy.

Contribute to organisational growth, innovation, and sector leadership.
About You
You’ll be a credible and compassionate leader with a background in psychological therapies and experience managing complex clinical services. You’ll bring strategic insight, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of evidence-based practice.
Essential:
-
Doctoral-level qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (BPS accredited) or equivalent post-graduate qualification in a mental health profession.

Professional registration (e.g. HCPC).
-
Substantial experience in specialist psychological assessment, treatment, and supervision.
-
Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams.
-
Skilled in CBT and related therapeutic approaches.
Desirable:

Experience in addiction or gambling-related harm services.

Knowledge of specialised psychological therapies in addictions.

Understanding of mental health legislation and clinical governance frameworks.
