Job description

TLC: Talk, Listen, Change is a dynamic, leading relationships charity based in Manchester.  Our RESPECT accredited Domestic Abuse Prevention Programme (DAPP) with intregrated partner support service is developing & growing, therefore, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced, committed individual to join our team.  We are offering a part time position of 30 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 2022 with the possibility of an extension.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team delivering support across Greater Manchester, you will undertake safety focused support work with the partners and ex-partners of clients who attend the domestic violence prevention programme undertaking risk assessments, delivering individual support sessions and liaising with a range of key agencies.

This role is to undertake safety focused support work with the partners and ex-partners of clients who attend the domestic violence prevention programme. Referrals are taken from: Cafcass and Children’s Departments, as part of public or private law risk assessments and clients who self-refer, often via TLC or Respect.  To take a role in the ongoing development of this service and its integration with a Domestic Abuse Prevention Programme
