About the role:
This is a maternity cover opportunity for a valued role in our Senior Leadership Team. This position is critical to our work in training healthcare professionals to understand how the law applies to practice. You will be delivering our ambitious plans to take our training service to the next level at this critical time, with support of our two brilliant training co-ordinators and a wider team of associate trainers. The Role
Community Connections supports people with any mental health or emotional needs to stay well in their communities through social connections and networks. It also helps people return to their communities / transition back / live fulfilled lives and meet their own goals.
Initially, you will be responsible for the development, co-ordination and delivery of the organisations community connections online programme of activities.
However, the role may develop to include the oversight and co-ordination of a joint online programme, in collaboration with all the lead providers.

Royal Greenwich Heritage Trust (RGHT) manages the important historic buildings and community assets for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. These include Charlton House and Gardens, the Archive and Museum Collections, Tudor Barn, and various memorials across the Borough. Our mission is to help people discover and enjoy the history and heritage stories of the Royal Borough of Greenwich; to conserve these heritage assets and ensure that they are shared with as many people as possible. The Head of Marketing & Commercial has overall responsibility for the Trust’s marketing, room and site hire, and events. They ensure a continual public programme, commercial events and marketing efforts for year-round activities are in line with the vision and strategic plan, and that income targets are met, working in collaboration with the Finance and Programming Committee of the Board.
You will be responsible for:
1) The effective marketing and communication of all activities at the Trust.
2) Managing the hire of our rooms and grounds for events, weddings, celebrations and corporate use.
3) Overseeing the production and delivery of projects and programmes to highlight the assets in our care, leading to audience growth on site and meaningful engagement primarily across the Royal Borough.
4) Seeking potential funding for activities.
As part of our Leadership Team you will drive strategic change; identifying programme opportunities and growing our audiences using your understanding of audience data collection and evaluation. Experience leading a team and working with external suppliers and a diverse stakeholder community is essential as well as your ability to deliver events that generate commercial and philanthropic income. Leadership and Management

3. Provide guidance to the CEO and the Trustees, to ensure the Trust is delivering through its programme, public benefit via access, learning and conservation.
4. Contribute to, and support, the conception and development of new projects that will drive business development and income generation opportunities to deliver the Trust’s objectives.
5. To seek funding opportunities for projects.
6. Attend the Finance and Programming Committee of the Board.

Marketing and Communications
8. To oversee the management of the brand and act as brand guardian

Commercial: Hire and events programming
14. Manage the Venue Sales Manager and Bookings Co-ordinator to develop and deliver the Trust’s activities programme to generate maximum profit from hire of the estate for functions, filming, community use.
15. Trial and deliver new approaches to income generating activity and events.
16. Develop a paid for programme of activity that provides access to the heritage in our care to new audiences, including the development, implementation, monitoring, impact and overall success of the programme.
17. Ensure all programming delivers significant Return on Investment where external grant funding is not available, supporting the income generation targets of the Trust.
General

The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (FPM) is a charity and membership body for doctors who work on all aspects of medicines research and development. Our small team work closely with the Board of Trustees and our 1,600 members to deliver on our mission and our strategic objectives, to improve the health of patients around the world.
Medical revalidation is the regulatory process through which doctors who are licensed to practise in the UK demonstrate on a regular basis that they remain up to date and fit to practise. FPM’s role in this important process is that of the ‘designated body’ for a named group of almost 700 FPM members.
The FPM revalidation team provides the administrative and governance resource which underpins ensuring compliance with the exacting legislation. With 80 appraisers, three Appraisal Leads and a Responsible Officer, none of whom are based in the office, the three members of the revalidation team have a large amount of often quite complex correspondence to manage and must ensure that there is a consistent message and approach across a wide range of topics.
An opportunity has arisen to join the revalidation team in the role of Revalidation Manager for a 12-month period of maternity leave. A key focus of the role is to manage the registration of newly connecting doctors, as well as overseeing the operation of the revalidation e-portfolio system. The role involves regular contact with both appraisers and appraisees who are doctors and FPM members.
We are looking for a bright, dynamic self-starter who is a team player, organised and can communicate well. The post holder will be fully trained, well supported and work closely with the Revalidation Co-ordinator, Head of Revalidation Operations, appraisal leads and the Responsible Officer in supporting 700 appraisees and 80 appraisers.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new Speech and Language Therapist role across both discrete and mainstream provision at Brooklands College. The role involves working as part of the College team to assess young peoples’ needs, and to design and deliver speech and language therapeutic programmes to a range of high needs learners with complex needs, such as: SLCN; learning difficulties and/or disabilities; autism; Asperger’s; and emotional, social and behavioural difficulties.
You will work closely with the Heads of Progression and EHCP Co-ordinator to provide a detailed assessment of a learner’s speech, language and communication needs, and develop an individual or group therapeutic programme to ensure that the appropriate support is in place for a young person as set out in their Education, Health and Care Plan by the local authority.
You will be expected to provide regular reports of learner progress for EHCP reviews, and contribute to staff development and training by advising managers, tutors and support teams on how to embed speech, language and communication strategies effectively.
You must hold relevant, professional qualifications and have experience of delivering speech and language therapy to children and young people with a range of communication difficulties. A skilled communicator, you are able to engage with young people and help them develop strategies to overcome their language difficulties.
This position is required to work flexibly to support other colleges within the surrey region on an adhoc basis.
