This organisation supports anonymous recruitment. That means hiding your personal identifying information, removing bias from the hiring process.

At the Driver Youth Trust, we recognise the central role teachers play in ensuring that learners with literacy difficulties and SEND receive access to an education and curriculum that is responsive to their individual needs and context. We are looking for a Programme Manager to support the Director of Programmes and education team to deliver on our ambitious Learning and Development (L&D) offer.

You will be working at the heart of DYT, primarily with the education team and facilitators, and supporting the wider work of organisation, and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and manage the DYT Learning and Development (L&D) offer including our LMS, the Drive for Literacy Hub (DfL Hub) as required by the Director of Programmes;
  • Support the education team by providing high-quality programme management and support;
  • Support DYT to deliver high quality projects, events and training;
  • Co-ordinate the content development and delivery of the L&D offer for the DfL Hub, online webinars, workshops and face to face training to teaching professionals;
  • Capture and analyse information on the delivery of programmes, projects and recurrent activities across the organisation;
  • Assist the Marketing manager with sales and enquiries on L&D;
  • Responsible for the participant experience in accessing and using DYT L&D resources;
