We are recruiting a Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery and development of a flagship Community Wellbeing Project, which operates in partnership with Brent Council. The project is a Community Hub hosted in a community space in Stonebridge (not in Sufra’s existing premises). Members of the project can access a Community Shop, a Community Café and Kitchen, and holistic support in the form of Advice casework and workshops. The objective of the project is to deliver food aid alongside wraparound holistic support in way that improves the financial, physical and mental wellbeing of its members, who are struggling with the cost of living.
This collaborative project has been made possible due to the support of multiple partners and has already proven highly successful. It is likely to form the basis of a new model of support for people experiencing vulnerabilities that will be replicated across Brent and possibly elsewhere in London.
The Project Coordinator will oversee the delivery of the project, ensuring both the shop and the café operate effectively and in accordance with agreed standards and procedures. The successful candidate will help shape the project in the months ahead, whilst supporting guests, collecting data, and monitoring and evaluating the project. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy and varied environment, managing multiple priorities at the same time. They will have experience in a customer-facing role, dealing with the general public and managing volunteers. It would be beneficial for the post holder to have experience supporting vulnerable people with complex needs from a wide variety of backgrounds. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for members that sign onto the pilot project, and will be representing the organisation to external partners. Purpose of the Job
The Assistant Depot Manager position is a key role in the depot operations team. The main requirement of the role is to play a leadership role and support the day to day operations in the depot, with a focus on maintaining our standard operating procedures particularly with respect to health & safety and food safety. The role will be a key part of the depot operations team and will help to induct, train and supervise staff and volunteers.

Purpose of the Job
The role is subject to a degree of flexibility but initially, the Team Leader will be involved with the following activities:
- Managing a team of staff and volunteers to run a warehouse of chilled and ambient food
- Customer relations management of the community organisations we work with
- Proper use of our Warehouse Management System
- Physically moving stock around on warehouse on a pallet truck or by hand
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe and efficiently run
- Daily briefings of staff and volunteers of the days priorities and what to be aware of
- Carry out regular stock counts of food we are storing
- Appropriately handle product recalls
- Day to day problem solving
- Covering Goods In, Warehouse Management Duties and Goods Out and general procedures

In the role of a Hub Assistant Worker is to jointly manage the safe day to day running of the project with other members of the team and to provide basic support and advice to clients. You will also be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and coordinating the Health and Safety within the service.
In this vital role, it is essential that you are flexible to work on the weekly rota to ensure services are accessible to those who are homeless, at the time they most need our support. Hours for this role will be Monday - Friday (7.5 hours per day) with exact shift times to be agreed.

Job Description – Projects Assistant
Salary: £25,000 per annum

Projects Assistant role description
The role involves identifying relevant project and research opportunities; assisting with developing winning bids and delivering successful projects. Examples of recent projects include developing a water scarcity index for BSi and creating an evaluation framework for water saving campaigns. You will report to a Projects Manager and be joining a small but growing sub-team winning and delivering water efficiency research projects. For example, part of your role will be to support the delivery of an existing Ofwat Innovation Funded Water Literacy project which is developing a new training and accreditation offering on water.
Key responsibilities in the role include:

Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager to support the Head of United for Wildlife (UfW) as well as the Taskforce Managers in the management and implementation of key projects. With a proven ability to undertake the day-to-day monitoring of projects, activities and deliverables, you will be comfortable prioritising workloads and projects, working independently and be a confident communicator.
Working with the Head of UfW, the role holder will manage the day-to-day coordination of key and priority projects identified and agreed with the team. They will be based within the United for Wildlife team, and will work closely with other Royal Foundation teams, Kensington Palace, and external delivery partners.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Designing and maintaining the overarching programme delivery plan, ensuring it aligns and supports the delivery of the wider UfW Strategic Plan.
- Assisting the Head of UfW and the Taskforce Managers to identify and prioritise critical projects and project deliverables, and assist them with the management and implementation thereof, ensuring that key milestones are met on time.
- Engaging with the network of UfW Regional Chapters to assist in the delivery of their projects, ensuring they are on time and impactful.
- Designing an agile programme monitoring system to provide effective oversight of what is a complex and multi-location global programme.
- Coordinating activities on a weekly basis, to ensure delivery against the plan: overseeing and tracking key milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring that work remains in line with agreed budgets as relevant.
- Supporting senior management on resource allocation decisions, helping to ensure the team has the right skills and capacity at the right time.

Your role as a Packing Assistant is to assist the Head of Packing with the smooth running of the packing area of Felix’s Kitchen and the correct packing, storing and distribution of all meals and components. You also assist the Senior Chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen.

The team deliver a range of services, including training on housing and homelessness prevention, housing law consultancy, online resources and projects to support professionals working directly with people at risk of homelessness to get positive outcomes. Purpose of role
We are currently seeking a Project Manager in Philanthropy, whose primary objective is to assist the Senior Philanthropy Advisors (SPA) in securing essential funding to combat global climate change. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in philanthropic activities and proficiency in managing multiple high-priority tasks autonomously, which are crucial for effectively managing various project management responsibilities essential to fulfilling the objectives of the Philanthropy Team. Through collaboration with various teams such as Philanthropy, Global Climate Strategies, Communications, and Operations, the ideal candidates will ensure seamless coordination and delivery of donor-related initiatives and projects. Primary responsibilities
Strategic support of primary donor portfolio (70%)
Donor deliverables (50%)
· Project manage donor deliverables and other donor-related work streams as defined by strategies set by SPAs, including but not limited to developing and managing or leading work plans, timelines, and tracking status of all the moving parts to meet internal and external deadlines.
· Negotiate project timelines and gather input from colleagues to design project plans.
· Serve as a thought partner to SPAs on donor strategies.
· Liaise with members of the Global Climate Strategies, Communications, and Operations teams to ensure effective collaboration on donor deliverables and products.
· Tap the Knowledge Management System to field simple donor-related SPA needs (e.g., pulling final donor products by theme).
· Prepare high-quality, strategic briefs and support preparation of other donor materials (including decks, advisory materials, funding opportunities, etc.) for meetings with donors, ambassadors, volunteers, and partners.
