As the post holder you'll be not only be setting up, administering and delivering schemes and activities to benefit Barnet’s looked after young people, you'll also be creating marketing materials and supporting fundraising events. The Rose Vouchers for Fruit & Veg Project in Southwark has been successfully supporting families with young children to ensure fruit and vegetables are a part of their everyday diet since 2018. We are looking for an experienced Youth Worker, to deliver training sessions and projects to young people through youth centres, community groups, schools and alternative provisions across the London Region, and to ensure our programmes are fit for the future.
We are an award-winning national charity which trains over 9,500 young people affected by street violence each year in emergency first-aid through a team of 350 healthcare volunteers and youth workers. We empower young people with the skills to become part of the solution to violence by developing the skills and confidence to save lives and increasing their understanding of the medical and psychological consequences of violence.
As the StreetDoctors Youth Worker in the Region, you will deliver high quality training, develop new partnerships and maintain positive relationships.
The key areas of focus include:
● To deliver training sessions to young people and partners to required quantity and quality, and support the development, testing and implementation of new training content.
● To create, develop and maintain partnerships with a range of organisations including, funders, commissioners, community organisations, criminal justice organisations, education providers and youth organisations.
● To support the management of volunteers and provide the best volunteering experience possible.

I am working with a regulator, and we are looking for a Project Coordinator to assist the wider team with their strategic relationships across the public sector (Gov, NHS, Trade Bodies and Charities) to improve their relationships overtime. The colleagues you will be working with vary from operations, comms, policy and external affairs.
Your new role
The successful candidate will:
- Coordinate and provide proactive support for team meetings, in-person events and quarterly reviews.
- Drafting and distributing agendas, papers, other relevant documents as well as maintaining an action log.
- Updating project documents, which include risk logs, monthly reports, a team calendar, and intranet pages.
- Provide cross team coordination, which includes travel options and making group bookings.
- Coordinating the team's business plans, ensuring they are on time and regularly updated.

- Experience in the public sector / charity body as a Project/Programme Coordinator/Officer
- Proactive, well-organised with good time management skills

We are recruiting for Support Workers for across our Hackney services (1 of which is a women only service).
Our services (one being a specific women only service) provide accommodation and additional emergency bed spaces to people with a Hackney connection, who are at risk of homelessness or rough sleeping, and also have additional support needs which include; substance use, mental health or longer term complex needs.
Our hostels offer a range of services to clients at different stages in the process of change and works closely with an adjacent health and advice centre operated by partner agencies. Operationally, the service focuses on promoting recovery, providing assessment, support and resettlement services within a framework of active engagement and person-centred planning. The project is committed to supporting continued client participation in all aspects of its work.
