What you will be doing in this role

The role
The digital team at Breast Cancer Now are leading a transformation in how we present our information and services to people affected by breast cancer. We are looking for a digital project manager who will be responsible for the delivery, tracking and communication associated with a number of key cross orgnanisational projects. The role will support with the Head of Digital Transformation in driving and tracking program delivery and ensuring that solutions can be adopted quickly and effectively by the organisation. This will entail collaborating across several high profile projects spanning various directorates and co-ordinating with internal teams (such as our Services, Nursing and Data teams) and external partner agencies.

Projects Manager role description
The role involves identifying project and research opportunities; developing winning bids; project management and project delivery. Examples of recent projects include developing a water scarcity index for BSi and creating an evaluation framework for water saving campaigns. You will report to the Head of Policy and Strategy and be part of a small but growing sub-team winning and delivering water efficiency research projects. This role will require ownership from concept through to implementation and evaluation. As Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Project Manager, you will play a key role across the College by leading the implementation of our work across the breadth of EDI and paediatrics, whilst championing our commitment to celebrate diversity, challenging inequality, and building an inclusive environment for all.
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Project Manager is a crucial role, as you will lead in overseeing and delivering our cross-College EDI activity to ensure we achieve the pledges, recommendations and actions we have made to our members.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects, you will oversee the delivery of the key actions and areas of work within the ‘Making EDI everybody’s business’ strategic plan, using an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving whilst also using discretion when identifying and proposing solutions to complex issues.
Working closely with various internal and external staff engagement groups to establish, maintain and develop strong working relationships and regular communication with key stakeholders e.g. relevant staff networks, you will also prepare and deliver presentations and write board level papers to enable communication progress on EDI to all levels of the College.

The Content & Creative Studio Project Manager provides project management for a fast-paced creative and content group that supports the IRC’s External Relations Functions.
This position leads small-to-medium-sized creative projects, with a primary focus on emergency and content projects. The Project Manager helps coordinate emergency appeals and works across matrixed teams of channel leads and creatives to drive the production delivery of assets and communications. As a key project lead, this role proactively identifies issues and removes roadblocks, and looks for ways to streamline and improve our production processes.
The position reports to the Director of the Content & Creative Studio Planning and Operations, and works closely with colleagues across Fundraising and Communications teams, and regularly interacts with IRC staff across the organization.
