Are you our new Centre Manager for our Blue Cross Bromsgrove rehoming centre?

We've recently implemented an innovative national Rehoming & Fostering team structure, enhancing our ability to support pets in need. As Centre Manager, you'll lead the development of this exciting change and play a vital role in making a difference for pets and their owners.

Established in 1986, our Bromsgrove Rehoming Centre has been a cornerstone of support for pets and their owners, serving as a vital resource in the community.

Located in 9 acres of rural countryside, our Bromsgrove rehoming centre provides care for up to 15 dogs and 30 cats onsite, complemented by a dedicated puppy and kitten unit. Through our Home Direct scheme and foster network, we are dedicated to ensuring every pet finds a loving home, while providing essential support to pet owners.

In this role, you'll oversee rehoming and fostering services, ensuring growth while maintaining the highest standards of care. You'll lead a team of dedicated individuals, including both employees and volunteers, who are the backbone of our centre.

Your role is crucial in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where each team member can excel. With your leadership skills and experience, you'll empower our team to thrive in their roles and contribute to our shared vision of animal welfare excellence.

This role comes with option of onsite accommodation—a three-bedroom house with two reception rooms and a small private garden.

For further details about this exciting opportunity, please refer to the attached job description.
