Access Sport

Who we are

Access Sport is a charity meeting the urgent need to improve children and young people’s health and wellbeing, working solely with young people in deprived communities and with a strong emphasis on young disabled people. 

We train, equip and support local volunteers and their community sports organisations so they can grow, become sustainable and include and develop excluded local people.

This unleashes the potential of community sports organisations to transform more lives through sport while developing and strengthening their local communities.

We turn our learnings into toolkits and models that can be replicated through working with partners across different sports and different geographies, and we advocate for their adoption across the sector.
