Who we are
Richmond Fellowship is one of the leading mental health charities in England. We’ve pioneered recovery and supported thousands of people on their journeys to better mental health for over 60 years.
Our staff are central to supporting each and every person who uses our services. Our staff are the individuals who inspire people to move on to independent living, getting back into work or supporting someone who is going through a crisis.
Our staff are empathetic, warm, understanding and often have lived experience themselves – using their own life skills to support others going through their own struggles with mental health.
