Who we are
Dreams Come True is a UK children's charity. Our mission is quite simply to enrich the lives of children and young people with serious and life-limiting conditions across the country by making their dreams come true. Over the last 30 years we have fulfilled dreams for more than 6,000 children and young people as well as their friends, family and carers.
We are now embarking on a 5-year programme called ‘Hidden Communities’ which will focus on delivering dreams to children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Initially we will focus on delivering dreams throughout Greater Glasgow, but we have ambitious plans to expand the programme throughout all of Scotland.
Having successfully secured £1m grant which is being used to launch and fund the Hidden Communities programme, this is an exciting time to be involved with Dreams Come True.
