Who we are
Our purpose is to build a movement for responsible leadership. The Institute was set up in response to growing concern about the deficit of public trust in large organisations. We believe that if we can help create more sustainable, open and fair organisations, we will all win.
We work closely with 25 major organisations from the private, public and social sectors; ranging from the Civil Service, Met Police and British Army to Tesco, easyJet, Visa, Fidelity and Save the Children.
Our annual Fellowship programme brings together some of the most talented leaders in our partner organisations to collectively explore the practices of responsible leadership and the challenges facing business and society. Our ambition goes beyond most leadership programmes - we aim for organisational, not just individual, impact. We work with our growing network of 250+ Fellows to lead change in and across their organisations and society.
We look after our team well and in the last few months have been awarded as an Escape top 100 companies to work for, and as a B Corp best for the world honoree in the workers category.
