Who we are
Heritage Trust for the North West is the leading historic building preservation trust in the North-West of England. It has been saving and conserving buildings since its establishment in 1978. Based in Barrowford, near Pendle Hill in Lancashire, the Trust owns over twenty historic buildings across the north-west of England. These have been saved from destruction and put to various good uses in their communities. The Trust has also conserved buildings which have subsequently been sold on and repaired for various groups, local authorities and owners.
