Who we are

Hope is a national charity supporting young people when a loved one is seriously ill. The charity runs a national digital service offering peer and one-to-one support for ages 11-25, as well as a face-to-face service with trips, activities, youth sessions and one-to-one support in Herefordshire for ages 5-25. The charity prides itself on being youth-led, with a Youth Management Team and Advisory Group at the heart of decision-making. Hope is at a really exciting time in its history, as it looks to expand further and release an app to hold its digital service.
