Who we are

Independent Choices is an independent charity for individuals affected by domestic abuse, operating locally across Greater Manchester. With over 40 years’ experience as a leading independent domestic abuse charity, we know the impact that abuse has on people’s lives and what it takes to help them get their lives back on track. Our specialist teams provide free, individual, independent, emotional and practical help to enable individuals to be made aware of their rights and offered choices so that they can live with out the fear of domestic abuse.
